Today I ordered meals for my sons cast and crew for his short film. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their boxed lunches.

Last night, at Columbia University, we had an event catered by Apple Spice and I had the vegetarian option. Homemade pesto mayo, thick fresh whole wheat bread, veggies galore with fresh slices of tomato, mushroom, peppers, cucumber, zuchini...and a pickle. Plus chunky cantalope and pineapple on the side. There were MANY options, but I just had the enormous and delicious vegetarian sandwich. I ate every crumb so sadly do not include a photo in this review. Xxox
