Staff is helpful and courteous. The food was delicious I love my Wendy's!! Atmosphere relaxing and the service outstanding. Thank you I will be returning again!

Let's say disappointing Wendys at this location is beyond terrible. The employees never hear you in the drive thru.
Their fries are terrible . There burgers are not what they used to be . When you cant even get a soda right we really have a problem. Two days in a row no ice and they dont even tell you.
Then they give me diet soda. I wanted coke and dr pepper not diet Dr Pepper.No ice in either drinks this location is absolutely not worth it. Even if drinks are a dollar there should be a standard. Terrible experience wont go back.

The truth is that I highly recommend it, I traveled through 5 counties before arriving at this Wendys because of the treatment they give you

The customer service at this Wendy's drive-thru was truly disappointing. I visited on 10/30/24 at 11:16 p.m., and the experience left much to be desired. My order was handled by an employee named Dustin Angel, according to my receipt, and the interaction over the drive-thru microphone was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I initially tried to order a chicken wrap, but the employee kept interrupting me, making it difficult to communicate my full order. He repeatedly cut me off and seemed impatient, which made the process unnecessarily stressful. To simplify things, I decided to order a #5 sandwich. Instead of clarifying politely, he corrected me in a condescending tone, pointing out that a chicken wrap isn’t technically a "sandwich" even though the drive-thru menu has the wrap listed under "sandwich" or "meal" options. This unnecessary correction came across as rude, dismissive, and frankly, disrespectful.
Throughout the interaction, Dustin’s attitude felt hostile and even discriminatory, making me feel uncomfortable. A little patience and understanding can go a long way, especially in a customer service role. I plan to reach out to the head office to report this incident and suggest that Dustin and the team receive additional training on customer service, respectful communication, and treating all customers fairly.

First off this is not a review of the food, this is a review of the horrible disaster of a lunch hour crew behind the counter. Line around the building for the drive thru blocking a lane on 46, line out the door at the counter, customers orders getting deleted out of the computer, and long waits for pickup orders. People come here for fast service and are not getting it at all. You should not have to wait 15min for a pickup order plus the 5 minutes it took me to get there after I placed it. Not only that but it was wrong when I got back to work, late by the way, because of the terrible service from this location. Gave me sweet tea instead of ice tea and onions on my burger when I specifically asked for none. I was not going back to have it fixed, I would need to take a vacation day for that.
Get it together over there....... or hirer a better staff.

Workers looked like they didnt want to be ther. No smiles or personality. My wife's salad was green molded and old. We got the order to go so couldnt take it back. We had to throw it out. Their biggie bag should be re-named mini bag. Dont get it if you're hungry.

After 10pm, it is common practice for fast food restaurants in the area to close their doors for walk-in service and exclusively operate through the drive-thru. While this operational model may pose challenges and potentially delay service, the primary concern at hand pertains to a recent experience at this particular establishment.
Upon joining a notably lengthy queue, we proceeded to place our order and eventually reached the drive-thru window. Unfortunately, the staff member manning the window appeared to have difficulty communicating in English, leading to a misunderstanding that resulted in the receipt of an incorrect order. Despite our attempts to rectify the situation, the staff member insisted that we pull into a designated parking spot, where we waited for an extended period of over 15 minutes.
Efforts to seek assistance by knocking on the door, as well as approaching the drive-thru window on foot, were met with disregard and a requirement to be in a vehicle for service to be provided. Understandably frustrated by these interactions, we reluctantly rejoined the lengthy drive-thru line in an attempt to resolve the issue at hand. Regrettably, the manager's unhelpful demeanor further compounded our dissatisfaction with the situation.
After enduring a total wait time of 45 minutes, we ultimately opted to accept the erroneous order and depart from the premises. The overall experience fell short of expectations, and as a result, we have decided to refrain from patronizing this location in the future.

This Wendy's is the WORST! When you order on the app to walk in to grab your order, they keep all orders behind the register so you have to get on line and wait even though you ordered on the app and your order is sitting there in the bag getting ice cold. You cannot order on the app and grab your order. You have to still wait on the long line. Horrible customer service, too. They all screw up the orders it's ridiculous. Never again.

Ordered via the drive thru. Employees left a sandwich out of my order. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up. I didn't even get an apology - it felt like they were doing me a favor by giving me the food that I paid for.
When I got the sandwich, it was a sloppy mess. Clearly the workers weren't happy about having to make this sandwich.
The rest of the order was fine.
