The burger was good medium just like I ordered it. It was juicy with a pleasnt charbroiled flavor. I was skeptical because some reviews were bad but i was pleasantly surprised. Good burger! A little pricey though

Nice place and the milkshake was great but the burgers were not cooked right neither was egg I got. Also the options add up quickly. It was a $24 burger for me and it wasn’t even close to worth that.

It's a nice place and it's a great burger but we spent over 50 dollars for a family of 3! 2 burgers side of fries and kids chicken fingers. I've had better for that price sorry. And they shouldn't let people sit at a table and not order anything.

I had been going here for years and Once Upon a Time their product was fresh and delicious. Now, you may as well go to McDonald's or Burger king. Pretty sure their burgers have more flavor. I ordered the Kentucky bourbon burger and it is absolutely tasteless and overcooked and the pretzel bun tastes metallic. The only thing I could literally taste on this burger was the barbecue sauce. I will not be coming back to this establishment. If you want a good burger, go to Tierney's in montclair. The best burger you're ever going to have in your life!
Also, the staff is extremely rude and does not have the customers interest in mind. There were four people standing behind the line doing absolutely nothing and I stood there for like 10 minutes waiting for them to hand me my to-go order.
Terrible burgers. Just terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or your money.

Was in there Saturday August 24th at around 2:45pm. The service was horrible, we were polite and friendly but the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. The staff had an attitude, the woman who gave us our food wouldn’t even tell us who’s order was who’s or what temp the burgers were. We had to bite into the burgers to figure out the temp on our own which didn’t matter anyway because they ignored the temp we wanted our burgers cooked to and cooked both to well done. We got 2 wagyu burgers and a side of fries, the food was not good enough to ever tolerate this type of service again. The condiments on the table had gnats in them. We saw an empty restaurant and wanted to go somewhere we wouldn’t have to wait for a table. Overall, wished we would’ve just walked out when we first got attitude at the register, we learned the hard way why this establishment would be empty at lunchtime on a Saturday. Don’t waste your time just go somewhere else.
Had the pleasure of coming here after a tour of Seton Hall. Good burgers, great service and a cool environment with TVs all over tuned to different sporting events. At least I know where I’m eating if my kid decides to become a Pirate!

Over the course of the Summer I've gone to BGR twice craving a burger. Both times I have left quite satisfied. It's a pricey burger place so you won't be going back often but if you're looking for a tasty burger and shake once in a while then this is the place to go. From their specialty burger menu I recommend "The Works" or the Pretzel Bacon Burger. The next time I go I hope to try the Kentucky Style Bourbon burger

Was in here today with my husband and son to get 3 burgers. All were overcooked, asked for medium. Pickles are straight up awful. Pulled them off halfway through. Nothing special here, very average at best. Would not return.
