Terrible customer service from staff and managers majority of the people are incompetent or simply don’t care took more than 3 times to get a drink right and still tasted horrible

This may have been one of the worst services I’ve ever received. I was there for 15 minutes. They made my drink four times. It was still incorrect when I asked them to rectify it by either making it a larger size or providing a donut, etc. they refused even the manager. After spending five dollars on a small coffee. It was still incorrect and a waste of time. And I knew it was incorrect because my friend got the same exact thing they looked and tasted completely different

I placed a mobile order and when I came in I had to wait over 5 minutes for an order I placed ahead of time, it was only hash browns. The guy is nasty and rude.

My choice for a hot large latte and the occasional breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, they thought that their customers would miss the cost-saving measures. The offerings beyond the coffee are significantly smaller, while the price is the same or slightly higher.

Not the best choice for Dunkin although a percentage of the time they are nice, orders are accurate. I asked to use the restroom & was told both were broken down. (was not kind w/response) Then I asked to purchase croissants and he could not understand me- just left at that point. Please do not work in service positions if you do not like waiting on people. not returning.

Poor customer service. The manager and staff are horrible. I order from here everyday and ordered a Iced latte instead of a chai latte. Returned and asked if they could add the chai syrup or remake it. And they said no I have to reorder. Not warm or welcoming. Poor customer service. Will not return. They make poor sandwiches and never cook the bacon completely. Do not recommend.

This DD is VERY DIRTY! At 9:30am I went to get some tea and the store had food all over the floor where customers are supposed to sit and eat. I can’t imagine at that time of the morning that it would look like a pigsty! No staff even cared to clean it up. If the environment is that dirty I can imagine the food and beverages! The person that took my order gave me the wrong tea and tried to argue with me about what I ordered and I noticed he did the same thing to another customer. No apologies just attitude and being defensive! I would NOT recommend this DD on south orange Ave in South Orange NJ!

This is not a friendly place. The manager that’s there around 2pm is not a welcoming person and some of his staff members aren’t either. The guy that makes my coffee always have an attitude and ask like he don’t understand when you say something to him. It’s sad that’s this is the only Dunkin’ Donuts in that area.

Tried the Chi latte for the first time and it was amazing. Matter of fact, it tasted so good I asked the employee to please make me another exactly how he made my first. Both came out tasting the same way.
