Great selection of beers, brewed in house and guest taps. Food is fantastic, really enjoy the Gaslight burger and Hobgobbler. Jeff the bartender is one of a kind, really makes the experience enjoyable.

Benny is a phenomenal bartender. He knows his patrons and make you feel at home. Dan the owner sits down with you and talks to you and treats you like family.

The brew pub is where I buy my brewing supplies. I've been buying from Dan for many years

No blame on the waitress whatsoever, she was sweet and handled things the best she can. But if it takes the kitchen over an hour to make us our [mediocre] bar pie because they lost our ticket, we'd expect some sort of comp in a way for it. All we got was a very sympathetic apology from our waitress (again, loved her). This is all the while other food, from guests seated well after us, came out too. When the manager came to tell us the situation, all he said was "do you still want it?" with no sympathy or apologetic tone. We understand when a kitchen is busy or short staffed. The rating is more reflective of how the situation was handled than anything else.

Despite encountering some setbacks, there were bright spots that shone through the disappointment.Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sophia, who served as my server throughout the meal. Her service was exceptional, marked by attentiveness and a friendly demeanor. Despite her efforts, the food I ordered failed to meet expectations. Not only was it lacking in appearance, but it also fell short in taste.In light of this, I requested to order something else, hoping for a better culinary experience. However, my request was met with resistance from Dan, who claimed to be the owner. Dan was VERY RUDE as he approached me and my guest. Dan insisted that I would have to pay for the initial dish, citing fairness to the business. This interaction left a sour taste in my mouth, as it felt like my dissatisfaction was not being taken seriously.Overall, my dining experience at Gaslight was marred by disappointing food and an unfortunate encounter with the owner. While Sophia's excellent service was a bright spot, it was not enough to salvage the overall impression. I hope that the restaurant takes steps to address customer concerns and improve their offerings in the future.

Gaslight is one of my favorite local breweries in town. I enjoy their selection on tap! Yesterday I stopped in for a few beers and some fries after a day filled with gardening/design work! The environment is just what I needed to relax into the rest of the day! Thanks for your excellent service.

Came here with my best bud Andrew. Bartender was extremely conversational and easy to talk tom. Food was phenomenal (had the burger, one of the best I had), and the house brews were delicious as well.Seriously, can't recommend enough! Quite good.
