This is an outstanding neighborhood gem. We come here often because the food never disappoints, the staff is so friendly and remembers you. My husband has tried rigatoni rabe at dozens of restaurants and it is NEVER as good as Giorgio's. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely restaurant with delicious food. It looks like you are in someone's home. Everything we had was delicious - a salmon dish and the special of the day fish. Service was warm and friendly, but not intrusive. BYOB is always a nice feature for us. Excellent job.

Very good experience my veal Parmesan was as good as any I've ever had. Service was excellent. It's a very nice restaurant.

We arrived for an early Saturday night dinner and we’re warmly greeted by the owner and his assistant. My wife and I shared the shrimp bisque which had perfect flavor and just the right amount of cream. My wife had clams in a red sauce which had nice sized clams in a perfectly seasoned sauce. I had veal Romano. which was served with very nice artichoke hearts and perfectly cooked carrots, broccoli and potatoes. For dessert we shared crème brûlée. This also was perfect. The prices were more than reasonable and it is BYOB. We have just moved to the Maplewood South Orange area and this was our first visit to Georgio’s. But I guarantee that we will return many times in the days to come.

Our whole group of monthly dinner friends loved my choice of Giorgio's. The shared calamari appetizer and tiramisu and chocolate mousse cake desserts were perfect, as were each of our entrees. The service was perfect, attentive but unobtrusive. We will definitely go back.

I've been here a few times. Tonight I was with some friends. We shared an appetizer and some desserts. We were all very happy with the food (serving size and taste). Staff was all very nice and helpful. We never felt rushed. I am usually a pizzeria restaurant person but this was a nice step up.
