Came here bc I got a craving for waffles after someone tweeted a picture of waffles lol The waffles definitely hit the spot and I would order them again. I did order the shrimp and grits and well to try because I never had it before. It was under-seasoned to my taste but that could also be how the dish is supposed to be.But all in all great breakfast spot, nice area to walk around in as well after.

*GRID IRON IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED*Let me start off by saving I'm so upset for multiple reasons. This place was closed WITHOUT notice to the community.The cost of the menu was more expensive (being a customer for over a decade) but everything has gone up. I did appreciate the streamlined menu. If you're looking for a quick no frills breakfast this is the stop. The restaurant environment itself leaves little to be desired, but the food was tasty. The home fries were well balanced and crispy. The French toast was good, a little on the sweet side.
