I have to agree with ought reviews. I ordered from the Bloomfield locations often. The food and the customer service were great. This location is run down, low variety and the staff seem overwhelmed even when there are plenty of staff. I think it needs an efficiency consultant to help.

Been going to this place for years but will no longer go. After getting a toasted bagel butter side of bacon and homes no container they put in cup and plate with foil leaked everywhere. Other order egg salad chips and 2 drinks $31 dollars! Not worth it. They used to be good and friendly. What a shame.

The food is cool. BUT whenever the Hispanic looking lady is cooking I walk out. She doesn’t use gloves. She touches everything bare handed. Bread, bacon, eggs, cheese, her runny nose, all handled barehanded. 🤮😩

This location is my fav bagel spot whenever I am in NJ I stop by here for a breakfast sandwich. My go-to sandwich is plain bagel, scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese. At times they struggle to keep the lines moving. They definitely need more staff, especially when Seton Hall students are in. Plan to wait for at least 7-10mins if you are visiting after 9am weekdays and Saturdays.

So honestly I have been going to this place for years and as of today I will no longer be a patron to this establishment. Their prices are ridiculously high for no reason. There is no reason why a bagel with bacon or sausage is almost $10, there are so many other bagel shops in the area that still have specialty bagel for less than $7 and taste just as good. I’m not sorry but you guys are getting greedy. Literally the lady told me today they just raised the prices again when the prices were already high. Do better.

Honestly, over the last few years, the service has gone downhill. I usually go and get some breakfast sandwiches and bagels and have to wait a pretty long time because they usually only have two people working the breakfast and lunch crowd.Yesterday I went for an egg salad sandwich and decided to eat it when I got home. It was spoiled. It tasted like someone put Perfume in my sandwich! It was sour and disgusting. I won’t be back anytime soon. They have to do better! Between the slow service and lower quality of food. The bagels will probably be the next thing to go bad. Beware!Honestly, there are better places to go for a good quick bite .
