We were surprised by all aspects of the restaurant as we always thought this was more like a pizza place. While the pizza is popular (also for take out) the dining room was very pretty with a somewhat elevated bistro vibe. Well appointed. Service was super nice and efficient. We opted for a few appetizers and they were all beautifully presented and very tasty. Well done. We’ll be back.

I loved the food, and especially the service. I was attended by a guy named Stefano; it was my first time at the restaurant, and I didn’t know anything about the food they offered. Stefano was respectful throughout and provided excellent service. He recommended a dish that I loved, and everything seemed perfect to me.

We enjoyed our meals immensely. Our server Hital was very pleasant and helpful with our choice of food as he explained and addressed our needs. Large portions, well seasoned very tasty . Lovely atmosphere, quaint and welcoming..will definitely recommend.

I appreciate your attempt to address my review, but let’s be clear: my rating had nothing to do with having a "rough day." It had everything to do with the fact that your penne alla vodka is bland and frankly, tastes like it was prepared by someone who couldn’t care less about what they’re serving. The food was lifeless, completely lacking in flavor, and doesn’t remotely reflect the quality you claim to offer.

Your response doesn’t change the fact that the dish was bad, plain and simple. Quality ingredients don’t mean much when the execution is this poor. I suggest focusing more on improving the food instead of making excuses about your customers’ state of mind.

I want to start by saying the food was great,all wait staff did a great job.The atmosphere was really cool.My only issue is the service charge I read it on the website before we went.I understand why it's there.You pay your wait staff a salary.I figured ok service charge is 18% I typically give a 20% tip.When I saw bill wasn't expecting that a tip was also expected.Paying your staff is your expence.its the cost of business.A tip was given in the restaurant business to make up for the 2 dollar hourly wage.At the end of the day I gave an additional tip, because everyone did a good job and food was good.The entrees were reasonable so I didn't feel so bad But c'mon the economy is tough on everyone.So it would be nice to go out without the additional nonsense.Maybe change the receipt and take off tip part and add if you want to leave additional up to you.I like this place and probably go back but may go somewhere else without the additional fees.
