Anticipation was that I am going to an old school Italian restaurant with 90 years tradition. And that was exactly what I encountered. I am from Maryland, was passing thru on the way home. The food was excellent. The Tony salad was so good, got a meatball pizza that was delicious also. Got two pasta entrees, chicken Marsala and one other I can’t remember the name of. Both were delicious. Price was good especially for the area.

Seems to be a popular place in town, but I have to wonder why. To be fair, we came when it was very busy and waited a long time for food (over 40 minutes). Pizza, their staple, was just OK, the kind with watery sauce that falls off the crust. Asked for an iced coffee and the server didn’t know it was on the menu (very average). Best thing was the arugula salad, which had a tasty vinaigrette. The reviews are somewhat misleading because they don’t serve alcohol, it’s BYOB....
