Update: unfortunately have to update my review. Looks like staff has changed and the barista working today at 2pm had such a bad attitude and work ethic. We checked the time stamps on our drinks and it took 10 mins to get a cold brew, and they weren’t busy. She was moving as slow as possible and looked as if she couldn’t care less. She also gave up calling out drinks so the poor ladies before us didn’t even realize their drinks were sitting there for 5 mins. She also noticed us all waiting, wondering what was going on, but it didn’t seem to concern her or make her move with more urgency at all. Manager needs to get rid of this bad egg.
Honestly one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to because of the staff. They are so friendly and courteous and efficient here!! I don’t know what they’re doing differently at this locations but it’s working.

Exceptional service experience here today - had my order delivered not just to the pickup area but directly to me at the table where I was waiting. Also note that the number of tables (which Starbucks removed in a lot of locations) were sufficient for many people to be working and/or meeting with people, the plugs all worked to charge devices, it was immaculately clean, and, whether it's from regular olde tyhme memory, or the practice of the Starbucks app telling the baristas your name when you order, this crew knew the names of the regulars walking in before they scanned. Great service, great place to work for a bit, this is how it's done.

I want to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO SAMAD! The store was delayed opening dud to calls outs. Obviously extremely busy and Samad handle the business with grace, special attention and didn’t break a sweat! As Someone that’s a manager of customer service I can understand how challenging and overwhelmed this would make the average person. Very much respect and appreciate his diligence and care. Please acknowledge that young man.

I just want to say the Manager Rich is the best at this location and ALLLLL the employees here! They make it feel so welcoming and it is a pleasure to stop in to get my coffee every morning! I won’t go anywhere else because the love and atmosphere here is amazing!

Over all the customer service was terrible. The staff was rude, they weren't equipped to answer my questions, and my order was incorrect. This is what I received uponrequestinglight ice. This was $7 there wasloght ice and yet the cup was only half full. i’ve visited Starbucks locations throughout New Jersey and New York, and never have ever received such a poor tasting drink, accompanied with such poor customer service

I ordered not too long before closing time which I felt so bad for. But I literally ordered a strawberry LEMONADE refresher. Tell me why when I take a sip it tastes so bitter. Come to find out they made me drink WITHOUT THE LEMONADE 😭🙏🏼 Paid for a cup of water with strawberry syrup base. This frying me 💀💀💀 The workers were nice though

This used to be my favorite place but it's changed alot in the last year. The baristas are slower, drinks are not made very good and the wait time for drinks is crazy. I miss the ones that used to be there, their friendliness made it a pleasure to be there. I'll probably go to another location for better service.
I literally got the worst drink I have ever tasted here. So I was driving my beautiful woman to get her Starbucks fix we both placed our mobile order. Why did they make her drink so beautifully made and mine tasted like just straight Almond milk? Not classy, not mindful, not demure. If I wanted almond milk I would go to the store down the street. I am very appalled at this behavior. I am going to take my Caucasian self and go to the Dunkin Donuts down the block next time. I did not appreciate this. I am calling corporate and I almost got the police involved. It was not made with love. 1 star!! If I wanted to taste some Pumpkin Spice then yall better get some more pumpkins!!! How are we in south orange and we can’t even get Pumpkin Spice! (Another orange fruit right) I have a headache! My drink was so simple so classy so demure, but yet my woman’s drink had a thesis a body paragraph and a conclusion and yall still can’t get it right! Oh MY GOD!!!

Every time I walk into this location I just know I won’t be returning but I keep coming back for the convenience. So this morning I walk into this location and proceeded to the register so that I can order my coffee. There were 3 barista there and they were pretty much ignoring me finally after 2 to 3 minutes later someone finally ask to take my order. The Barista who took my order does not have pleasant attitude. Doesn’t even say good morning after I said it to him. The store atmosphere isn’t the best. Today was my last day going to this location. I am over them. It don’t you anything to be nice.
