I literally got the worst drink I have ever tasted here. So I was driving my beautiful woman to get her Starbucks fix we both placed our mobile order. Why did they make her drink so beautifully made and mine tasted like just straight Almond milk? Not classy, not mindful, not demure. If I wanted almond milk I would go to the store down the street. I am very appalled at this behavior. I am going to take my Caucasian self and go to the Dunkin Donuts down the block next time. I did not appreciate this. I am calling corporate and I almost got the police involved. It was not made with love. 1 star!! If I wanted to taste some Pumpkin Spice then yall better get some more pumpkins!!! How are we in south orange and we can’t even get Pumpkin Spice! (Another orange fruit right) I have a headache! My drink was so simple so classy so demure, but yet my woman’s drink had a thesis a body paragraph and a conclusion and yall still can’t get it right! Oh MY GOD!!!

Every time I walk into this location I just know I won’t be returning but I keep coming back for the convenience. So this morning I walk into this location and proceeded to the register so that I can order my coffee. There were 3 barista there and they were pretty much ignoring me finally after 2 to 3 minutes later someone finally ask to take my order. The Barista who took my order does not have pleasant attitude. Doesn’t even say good morning after I said it to him. The store atmosphere isn’t the best. Today was my last day going to this location. I am over them. It don’t you anything to be nice.

Small and dark. They take forever to make an order, and hopefully it is correct. I ordered almond milk and got regular milk. I ended up with a wack drink and gas.

Whoever made my matcha today put mad milk in there it tasted nothing like matcha mind you I always get my matcha from this Starbucks I’m very disappointed. Lucky I was rushing for work I would’ve had it remade and there was no ice in my drink at all smh DO BETTER STARBUCKS !!!

My experience at this location wasn’t great. To be honest, it never really is. The manager or lead (RICH) has such a nasty attitude. He shouldn’t be working in no place of customer service. As I’m placing my order about how I want my coffee made, he proceeds to tell me that I need to let the person know who’s going make it instead of typing it in the system. I’ve never had this experience at any Starbucks location and I’m there daily. Why do I need to let another worker know on the side how I want my coffee if I’m placing my order with you because you don’t want type it? As if I know who works here? That’s so unprofessional. Then, I scanned my app for payment and then he proceed to asks me that if I paid. I responded and said yes I scanned my app already. He replied and said it’s not his fault that these scanners doesn’t work properly. I legit had to wait 20 mins for my coffee to be made wrong and another 5mins for it to made right. Moral of the story he’s out of line and people will stop coming to this location because of his nasty attitude.

It was my turn at the register and suddenly the cashiers are spaced out and no one’s taking my order. The store wasn’t that busy. So I’m waiting patiently for someone to take my order and some of the female cashiers (one who’s short and has blonde hair pulled back and one who’s tall, has glasses, and mid length straight hair) are looking at me and then looking away so I’m left awkwardly standing there until the male cashier asks if I’m being helped and I proceed to tell him I’m ready. Finally I get my order just barely catching my train in time. As I’m leaving I hear all the female cashiers laugh loudly. They have time to do that but don’t have the time to cater to customers I guess…

Ok, my Sterling review is solely based on everyone else's opinion because I don't particularly like or drink Starbucks coffee but it's hard to believe millions of folks would drink it if they didn't like it. Do with this info what you will.

I had the greatest experience on Sunday with a young barista, Danyelle. I was originally going to order a Pink Drink but just randomly asked if there was a comparable drink with less calories. The barista overheard me and said she knew what to make. She was willing to make me a Pink Drink if I didn’t like it. She gave me an iced passion tea with coconut milk (she even put the strawberries in). It was amazing and healthier. I am so grateful for the new drink. She went above and beyond. It was such a positive experience and I can’t thank her enough :)
