I had a great experience at this Starbucks today. My grande cappuccino with oat milk was delicious, and the service was phenomenal. Fee Fee went above and beyond helping my father with his coffee, and he couldn’t stop saying how great she was. She was warm, patient, and genuinely friendly—exactly the kind of energy that makes you want to come back. Shout-out to Fee Fee for making our visit extra special!
Exceptional service experience here today - had my order delivered not just to the pickup area but directly to me at the table where I was waiting. Also note that the number of tables (which Starbucks removed in a lot of locations) were sufficient for many people to be working and/or meeting with people, the plugs all worked to charge devices, it was immaculately clean, and, whether it's from regular olde tyhme memory, or the practice of the Starbucks app telling the baristas...
I want to give a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO SAMAD! The store was delayed opening dud to calls outs. Obviously extremely busy and Samad handle the business with grace, special attention and didn’t break a sweat! As Someone that’s a manager of customer service I can understand how challenging and overwhelmed this would make the average person. Very much respect and appreciate his diligence and care. Please acknowledge that young man.
