Disorganized sloppy mess. The girl at front counter was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Had to tell her my name three times . Food is gross fries tasted old. Manager is more clueless than anyone doesn't speak one word of English. No staff here care,no management or supervisors. Waste of space,time and money.

While the staff member who answered the phone was very nice, my large order of 100 wings was not fried well nor did they have any flavor. I think the order was too big for the location. I was highly disappointed as the order was almost $200. I will not be returning.

Rude cashier ruined the whole experience. I glimpsed at the screen and saw my order wasn’t ready and he asked me for my name so I gave him it and said it’s not ready. He laughed and told me he needs proof so I showed him the app and he said no he needs my full name bc I just looked at the screen. I explained okay give me a second to get to my email and he said what kind of place gives out food without checking. I told him to relax bc I was getting the email out and I wasn’t rude. I showed it to him and he said well it’s not ready which is what I just said. Prior to that he was fighting with his employee. I’m not going back at all

Some people say they don’t like this place, but I love when delicious chains take over local towns. I couldn’t even wait to eat before I took the photos and the Dr. Pepper can sometimes be watery but besides that it is great.

We ordered wings on Saturday, 9/27/25. The place is clean, that's about it. One person at the register, he was nice but not fluent in English. He was not able to deal with the customers in the store and on the phone. It was extremely difficult to place an order with him. Then only 1 cook. The wings were just cooked, but not enough. The fries were overloaded with salt, we could not eat it. We also felt sick afterwards. I do not recommend ordering from there, unless they have more staffing and are managed.

The staff was fine. The space is small but it was clean. I ordered a lemon pepper wings combo to go. Fries were okay, but the chicken was drenched in an oiled based lemon peppered substance and over cooked. It’s too bad because South Orange needs a good wing spot.

Please check your bag before you leave the store, even if it’s sealed with their sticker. They forgot to put an item I paid for in the bag and now I can’t reach anyone by phone at the store. The woman was very nice when I picked up my food, but when I got home I’m missing the brownie I paid for. I tried to call them and they keep putting the call on hold. Very disappointing.
Food is not freshly made confirmed by staff as it sits around. Staff gets wings order wrong giving boneless when ordering bone wings. Staff is rude when asking for assistance. Would not recommend. Been to other wingstops before but this one is not on par. Will not return.

Did you know that at this location the Uber or DoorDash driver is required to fill your drink if it’s part of the order. I witnessed the cashier arguing with a delivery driver who was refusing to fill up the drink cup, the cashier then proceeded to snatch the bag of food from the driver due to the refusal of filling up the drink. Think about how sanitary is it for the driver person to be the one filling your drink? Just saying I wouldn’t order drinks from this place in the future. The cashier claimed to be busy. There was only like two other persons in the restaurant . Thx driver left empty handed. Since the cashier did not fill the drink and snatch the order and was extremely rude to the driver.
