Lady at register saw the kiosk took my payment of 8 dollars through Apple Pay and my Apple wallet showed the charge, but I never got an order number and it said transaction cancelled however money wasn’t refunded. Asked for help and the worker and manager essentially said we cant do anything and can’t help. they barely said anything. “It doesn’t show on the screen we can’t do anything” and that’s it.

The service was good but your half a sandwich and fries wasn't the bread was old and it it was spicy I told them I wanted nothing but chicken and cheese on it and I also ordered chicken wings that most have been cooked in a microwave because they were very bad and I will never order them again. Also the floor in your store in Picataway are sticky and wet. My wife and I are very unhappy. This has never happen to us here. We may start looking for another place to go.

Order was supposed to arrive at 7:06, driver messages me at 7:13 to tell me that he spilled all of my drinks.
Asks me if he should continue coming or go back. Well, I spent over $40 so you can go back. I want everything that I paid for. He then asks if I'm going to pay him back to go back to get the drinks that HE spilled.
Food finally shows up after 7:45 ice cold and I was still missing one of my drinks.

This was my first time trying this location and it wasn't a bad experience. Although I did enjoy my good, there were a few small errors that won't allow me to go above 4 stars. I specifically asked for the sauce on the cheese fries to be on the side. However the cheese was on top and it was a bit messier than I would've liked. This wasn't a deal breaker since the fries were soggy and still had a good amount of cheese. However she they were unnecessarily messy.
Similarly with the sandwich. The flavor was there. The roll was soft. Lettuce was crisp, as was the tomato juicy.
Buuuut, the sandwich wasn't evenly sliced. Almost as if they started to cut it and then stopped. Which made a port fall out when I picked it up. So, although minor errors, they were big enough to affect how much I enjoyed the meal.
Will I return? I would say Yes!!

This place is Superb!!! and the food is simply DELICIOUS!!! I've never been disappointed.

First time here. I had the lemon boneless wings. SO delicious!The woman who took my order was very friendly and efficient in getting the food out.So good I bought an extra order for my husband to go!

Today's ASSISTANT MANAGER, an older woman, has terrible service, she doesn't know how to treat customers, much less the workers, she sits or stands instead of helping to take out the order quickly, and makes people wait a long time. She must change. That person, Irina, is her name and it is not the first time that she believes she owns the restaurant. Bad bad bad, before there was a manager who was a quality person
