Awful, dirty establishment - Poor customer service. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Great service and food! The staff there is very friendly. Really appreciate how quick the service is as well!

This was my first time trying this location and it wasn't a bad experience. Although I did enjoy my good, there were a few small errors that won't allow me to go above 4 stars. I specifically asked for the sauce on the cheese fries to be on the side. However the cheese was on top and it was a bit messier than I would've liked. This wasn't a deal breaker since the fries were soggy and still had a good amount of cheese. However she they were unnecessarily messy.
Similarly with the sandwich. The flavor was there. The roll was soft. Lettuce was crisp, as was the tomato juicy.
Buuuut, the sandwich wasn't evenly sliced. Almost as if they started to cut it and then stopped. Which made a port fall out when I picked it up. So, although minor errors, they were big enough to affect how much I enjoyed the meal.
Will I return? I would say Yes!!

This place is Superb!!! and the food is simply DELICIOUS!!! I've never been disappointed.

First time here. I had the lemon boneless wings. SO delicious!The woman who took my order was very friendly and efficient in getting the food out.So good I bought an extra order for my husband to go!

Today's ASSISTANT MANAGER, an older woman, has terrible service, she doesn't know how to treat customers, much less the workers, she sits or stands instead of helping to take out the order quickly, and makes people wait a long time. She must change. That person, Irina, is her name and it is not the first time that she believes she owns the restaurant. Bad bad bad, before there was a manager who was a quality person

Great cheese steak chain!Love the delicious cheese steak popular order and trendy lemonade drinks with real fruit. ?When traveling it's a pleasure to try,can get some whatbusy if you're in a college town with students ordering during exams or uber eats pick ups,totally worth it ?!

Theres nothing wrong with the food however the short girl with blue hair that works here has a nasty attitude first of all she speaks spanish and refused to speak spanish to the spanish speakers in front of me I had to translate for them. Second of all she tried to charge me for ketchup and ranch, I have never been charge for ketchup and ranch at any charleys or any other restaurant before. Charleys is this how you treat your costumers ???
