They are professional. The food is good, just a little too greasy for my liking. I love that you can see them preparing your food while you wait. It can be a little frustrating waiting at times, but it's because your food is being freshly made. If you eat in you are guaranteed to have hot food. Depending on the distance of your location and this location, you can still get hot food.
