i normally don’t complain but whoever made these fries, what happened? There’s more Cajun seasoning in the bag than fries. It’s like the top came off the shaker and someone just dumped seasoning in there. Fries are inedible, $7 right to the garbage.

I don’t know if I picked a bad day but the Cajun fries were absolutely terrible, had no flavor and so soggy. The sandwich was ok. Maybe it’s because I didn’t tip the dude at the cashier.

My gf and I decided to go yesterday, she hasn't been there in a while and it was my first time. For the $43.98 we spent (2 cheeseburgers, 2 vanilla shakes and 1 reg fries), we were disappointed with the quality and preparation of the food. The patties were dry with no flavor, no grilled onions as requested (pickles instead), fries were just ok and best part of the meal were the milkshakes. As a resident of the area for over 20 years, I can say that I haven't missed anything and probably will never go again. There are much better places to get quality food without overpaying.

Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are fantastic with a variety of toppings to choose from. The fries are a standout, always fresh, and the generous portion leaves you with plenty of extra goodness, even for takeout. A top-notch burger and fries experience!

Very solid they always do a good job never had them mess up. At worst they can get very busy and fall behind on orders, but that's to be expected. I highly recommend this and most other locations.
Love Five Guys, just love them. They got my order right, the bacon was nice and crispy and was not too salty this time. The workers were professional and kind. I enjoyed my visit to F.G. today.

I’ve been to plenty of 5 Guys before but this one in particular was extremely dirty. None of the workers cared about getting people their food quickly. I also got the wrong toppings on my burger and when I approached a worker they ignored me. I waited so long I just tossed my burger and left hungry. What A Shame…

Very unprofessional, I worked there for about a month or two. No notice of being taken OFF SCHEDULE and removed from work Groupchats. The managers will not answer any of my calls or text. I was not given any notice that I won't be working there anymore… not even a note of me being fired or saying that I did something wrong. Very lazy location, horrible performance.

My burger was hard, cold and RAW on the inside. Fries were just bad. Cold, unseasoned… Chocolate milkshake tasted like it was blended with feces. The milkshake was so bad, I asked for a fountain drink to get a coke and the cup was dirty. Are you serious?? And don’t get me started on customer service. Employees barely look you in the eye. They are talking to each other while you are trying to take your order, walk away from you mid sentence, then give you an attitude when you ask a question. Whoever manages this location NEEDS to be re-trained or REPLACED. Absolutely disgusting.
