I ordered online and when we got there the pizza was not ready. Then they brought out a burnt pizza. I was told it was burnt because I ordered half without cheese. I know this is untrue and even more do the entire pie was Burt, not just that half. They finally made a new one and the person waiting on us admitted that the first one was burnt due to an employee putting it on the wrong shelf. Still love me some Pizza Hut! My go to on the menu is the personal pan cheese pizza, cooked well done, with a side of 5 bread sticks & extra marinara sauce, and it tastes exactly the same every time! The only issue with this Pizza Hut express is that sometimes the pickup times can be very long.
