I came in this weekend and the skinny girl with the short black hair took my order I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times before and have never seen her so I’m guessing she’s new but she was very unwelcoming.
I ordered two drinks and each time she slammed my cup down on the counter and rushed my order like I was bothering her she definitely hates her job already and does not need to be interacting with customers with that attitude.
I liked this Starbucks better than the other one because it’s easier to stop by on the way to my job but it looks like I may have to quit Starbucks all together after this interaction it’s a shame

30 minutes before closing we went in the staff gave us a look like i gotta deal with customers mind you they still had 30 minutes to serve customers we wanted to get frappuccino he goes and say we dont have frappuccino they didnt want to serve us you can tell by their faces like customers! they just wanted to close already they are disrespectful people another review says the same thing they told us need more respected people working there and that wants to do their job

Starbucks looked clean, and the staff were nice, but they said they aren't making frappucinos with no further explanation. No sign or warning on the app or anywhere beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and go to the other Starbucks in South Plainfield.

I asked for my drink to be made with oatmilk because of my lactose intolerance. Seeing as I ended up being confined to the bathroom for the two hours after finishing my drink, clearly the workers did not follow my customization and used actual milk instead of oatmilk. Anyone who has food intolerances should avoid and I will never return to this starbucks.

I often come here with my son in the early afternoon about 10-11am. And we have a tradition of going to Starbucks before shopping. And honestly I just had enough and had to do a review, but this Starbucks specifically in target, I have NEVER ever met more miserable people in my life. They don’t smile, they don’t see “good morning, how can I help you” they just stare blankly into your face as if we are inconveniencing them. I’m not sure if they hate their jobs or their lives but all that negativity energy just spreads. It’s so bad to the point where I’m willing to stop by at the Starbucks drive thru then interact with miserable people. Just rude and no customer service. There was only one person that used to work there with such a positive attitude & cheery smile and it was a Filipino guy I believe. Just do better please and choose happy people in the morning.

Starbucks has great variety & their drinks are pretty smooth…….. I wanted to wrote this review to recognize Joe S. As he gave me an extra green macha iced tea yesterday & he gave me extra lavender cream, on it. He had made extra & told me I could just have it. It was so sweet of him. And he was very friendly & greeted me with a nice smile ! I appreciated it very much. Great job Joe S. !!! Thank you!

Very clean store with mostly friendly staff. Michael was awesome and had a great energy while working the store practically by himself. He caught another employee’s mistake after they used milk instead of oat milk in my drink even though he wasn’t working on that drink. Only losing a star due to the other barista’s rude attitude about using the wrong milk
