I don't even know where to begin sans an event I held at the Park Villa (nice venue aesthics wise and nothing more) with sukhadia catering so I'll start somewhere. I would never in my lifetime recommend dealing with these people, especially Pankaj Sukhadia. He is an egotistical person who is not easy to deal with, who will nickel and dime you for every little thing. The food would be rated 1/5, not to mention they missed 3 of the items that we had selected for the event (1 during the appetizer hr and 2 during lunch). For the dessert, we had jalebi with rabdi, and they didnt even put out the rabdi. We had to ask him for the rabdi and he said no, it is not part of the contract, when it was (which when they later checked the contract, they admitted it was part of it). So then they put together a half a** rabdi which was watery, what a shame on them. Our guests were highly, highly disappointed with the service and the quality and quantity of the food. Few of our guests in attendance tried to talk to Pankaj Sukhadia, who was present at the event, regarding the situation and he did basically nothing about it. Infact he was trying to deflect the on going situation, which as being an owner of the place, is a big No No. I later called to talk to him to discuss what had transpired and for an explanation, however the event planner said he is not available. I asked for a call back, and he never called back (now it's has been 25 days later, no humility, even when are in the wront). Again, I would never advise anyone to host an event with their catering, as they are bound to mess something, if not everything up. Their food would be rated (1/5) and quality of service (1/5).

I recently ordered mithai from Sukhadia. The online ordering system was easy to navigate, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service I received.

It was a large order and I needed to customize it. I called their customer service. Neha was the representative who helped me and her assistance was remarkable. She handled the order with great care and followed up with a phone call to confirm that all delivery details were correct. This extra step was greatly appreciated. Her help was invaluable.

Very good tocos

Sukhadia's catered for my party. All my guests were very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. Everything was delivered on time and was warm. We just reheated in the oven before serving. The desserts were mouth watering - especially the jalebis and mango shrikand.

We got married in North Carolina and looked far and wide for catering. We ended up going with Sukhadia because of their creativity and professionalism. We went back and forth on the menu several times over the course of months. We wanted different themes for every event and they delivered 100%. They also had a list of their tried and true recipes as well as new ideas they are willing to try. Our tasting experience was exceptional and the worked with parents on both side to find the perfect menu. During the actual wedding, the caterer made sure we were happy with every detail. The presentation was outstanding and they collaborated with our decorator to completely wow every guest. Even 7 months out, we still get compliments about the delicious food at our wedding from Sukhadia.

I had very bad experience with Sukhadia. I placed order for a small tray of Samosa which cost me about $1.5 each. When I opened the samosa tray, I was shocked to see that they were half the regular sized samosa that we get in Patels or Apna Bazar. Look and taste were also disappointing. I had similar experience with Veg biryani. Sukhadia used frozen mixed vegetables, some raw spices, the taste was very poor as if someone cooked it in 5 minutes. I di not recommend buying party trays from here.
