Warning!!! Do not eat the food!! If I could give this review zero stars, then I would. I was walking past the pizzeria, and as it is all windows, I looked inside the building. Something I quickly noticed was someone staring at me looking over their shoulder. I didn't think much of this, as the man looking at me was a worker. However, I did think it was odd how he was standing towards the corner of the room, only turning his head to the windows. So I continued to look in his direction, only to see that he was taking a piss in the urinal with the door open and staring at me. My first concern was, why is the door open, to where could any customer walk in and see you? But my second and most important concern was that he walked out of the bathroom WITHOUT washing his hands! And he went straight back to work!! The food that his customers ate that day was touched by his dirty hands! Who knows how often he does this! Maybe every day! I am NEVER eating that food!!

I was hungry with a long lists of To Dos. Coming out of Kohls after my Amazon return, I was starving. My mind settled on getting the saturated fat that was Pizza. It would hold me over without spending $20. I had no great expectations. In fact, I didn't think I would like it. I ordered a slice with mushrooms and when I got it, how the mushrooms were placed was not all that appealing. However, when I bit into that slice, the crunch and the crust was perfect. Straight through, no extra pulley cheese, the sauce was good. It reminded me of the good upper west side NYC pizza. Shocked. I'll be back with my pizza loving son.

I ordered takeout from Villa Pizza, and I’m so glad I did! I got the Deluxe Pizza and the supreme cheesesteak Sandwich, and wow, both were amazing. The Pizza was everything I wanted. fresh, generous toppings, a perfectly baked crust, and just the right balance of flavors. The Philly Steak Sandwich was just as impressive. The steak was tender and juicy, the cheese was gooey and delicious, and the roll held everything together perfectly without getting soggy. To top it off, the food smelled incredible. The best part? Everything was super reasonably priced for the quality and portions. What really stood out was how fresh and hot everything was when I picked it up. They clearly take pride in their food and service. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their menu. If you’re looking for a place with amazing pizza and sandwiches at a great value, Villa Pizza is it!

Pizza was delicious. I tried the buffalo chicken, and the bruschetta and they were great. The crust was perfect, not think or too thin, just right. I will come back. We ordered 4 slices and 2 drinks, all for $21, great price.

We were around the complex for shopping and thought of giving this a try. Buffalo chicken pizza was not at all disappointing , it was yummy, well cooked and pretty filling. Garlic knots were okayish, didn’t really have much taste of garlic and was more like just bread.
Great service, great vibe, and most of all, some delightful food! I think it deserves more attention and if your thinking of coming here, do it!! 5 stars!
