Hours are completely wrong I go to order food around 8pm on two separate occasions both times they don’t answer the phone after I call multiple times. I then try and order online and in the middle of my order they shutoff online ordering. If you don’t want to stay open until your advertised hours then change them it’s ridiculous.

A true "Gem" of the neighborhood. This is a go-to spot every season of the year. Very clean and serious about their food. They use quality ingredients and have a small market with essentials everyone needs. It's a great place to go when you're visiting from out of town or need quality food delivered to your camp ground. The owner is exceptionally friendly and values his customers dearly. Skylar is literally one of the nicest people on the planet and can make one of the best sandwiches you'll eat. Offering a core menu with some added favorites rounds out to accommodate pretty much everyone's tastes. There's limited seating, so keep that in mind... They have a separate catering menu which is helpful for larger group orders. They have seasonal fall hours to give the staff a well deserved break on Sundays. I hope you give them a try and support this wonderful local establishment.

The gem makes an awesome hoagie! Half my turkey hoagie is in the pic. You will know instantly by the weight of their hoagies you came to the right spot. The location makes parking and getting in and out a breeze. This place truly is a gem.

We been coming to the shore campgrounds for the passed couple years and been slowly trying all the pizza places. We been pretty disappointed in a lot of them just because it wasnt out taste or things were forgotten etc. we decided to try gems. The bartenders at Meyers lighthouse suggested this place. After paying I was thinking boy that was kind of pricey but the prices are equal to other places in the area. When we got back to sit down and eat I was blown away. We got a pepperoni pizza. Wings and cheeße fries. Everything was EXACTLY how I like it. We finally found our place .

Slow MO Roast is unbelievable one of the best sandwiches I have every experienced Atmosphere only a 3 due to the fact its a pizza sandwich shop that also sells some groceries. Excellent food

The food is pretty good here. I’ve been coming here for over 22 years. Unfortunately the owner’s attitude has gotten worse over the years. He acts like he is doing you a favor instead of showing appreciation for the business. I had a great cheesesteak the other day but after the way I was treat by the owner it well probably be the last one .

Just ordered 2 small cheesesteak sandwiches and 1 order of cheese fries for $30.03. We opened the sandwiches up hardly any meat inside. I’m like freaking out. What a ripoff. Never again ordering from the Gem again. I’ve been ordering here for the past 15 years. I know inflation is way up but really hardly no meat in the sandwich’s. I’m done I will let others know not to go to your store . Absolutely disgraceful ??
