Im fairly new to the area. I have dined here around 4 times. They just keep getting better and better. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with a smile. Wait staff are outstanding. The menu I adore. Classic diner food with a twist made with fresh ingredients. Nothing but love for the Vincentown Diner.
I have been coming to the Vincentown Diner for years and I have always had fabulous meals. However, this was my first time ordering the fish and chips. They were 2 nice size filets of cod, however, they were the greasiest fish and chips I’ve ever had. They put the fish on top of the fries, so the fries absorbed all of the grease. The fish was so greasy it was making the batter mushy. Fish and chips should not be dripping grease. However, I love their homemade dressings...
The food was good. But the only complaint I had was that they gave us small syrup for waffles, and when we asked the servant for syrup, I guess he wasn't serving our table. He did not bring us the syrup, and the waiter who was serving our table was attending to another table, so we could not ask at that time. The waiter we asked for syrup literally passed by us like four times, and he never brought us any because he wasn't serving our table. He was giving other tables...
