They never have anything in stock and they have you pay for something and THEN tell you then you they don't have all the ingredients.
Coffee is never made correctly and many times items are left out of our order! Young employees usually standing around not even pretending to be busy:( Easier to travel a town over for a better product and service:(

I know recently they moved staff around. They moved 2 of the better girls to Andover, and switched others to Sparta. I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. Leah is great, it’s concerning on Sunday’s.
