The food was delicious, but the service was horrible. Walked in and stood at the door for about 15 minutes before anyone made eye contact. Waitress took our appetizer order and 20 minutes later came back and said they were out of it and ran away instead of asking if we wanted to put in something else. Other than that, our entrees were great ?

I’ve witnessed the owner of this restaurant visit another establishment in the community and not only steal beverages from their reach-in case but then try to convince their wait staff to quit and bartend at Homestead. The young adult was clearly underage and afterward expressed how inappropriate it was to be forward as such in a public manner, not only amongst her patrons but the business owners as well.Such actions reflect opportunistic qualities of character that are perhaps driven by greed and, most certainly, an overall lack of integrity.I am a person of principle and this man’s clear disrespect made me never want to cross the threshold of his establishment again.

Food was average. Although server was very nice the service was not good. We waited very long for everything and it was FREEZING! The dinning area is also very cramped with tables on top of one another.

Imagine the vibe and atmosphere Cracker Barrel goes for - a rustic, old world, farm and industry inspired, old timey facade.This place is like that, but everything from the structural timbers of the building to the artifacts on the wall are all real, 100% authentic, everything there has actual history and was used at that location. Even if you don't care about that you'll find yourself admiring the building itself because things just are not built like that today.The service is great and the food is excellent. The prices are high, but the quality the food, the atmosphere and the service is absolutely worth it.
