“The people who work at the Salad House in Sparta are so wonderfully accomadating and nice. I had wanted a small pita platter which they no longer make, except for catering, and they made it for me anyway! Michelle , the owner is a sweetheart! The food and service here are great!“

“The prepared food is so good! We had the TLT and it was so fresh and delicious. And we really appreciated the kind counter staff who were quick with their smiles and made us feel welcome. I enjoyed the big range of vegan goodies and scooped up quite a few treats to enjoy! Also, their coffee was so good and they had a wide selection of nondairy milks and creamers. Great spot to stock up on a picnic before going hiking!“

“Very good smoothies and acai bowls. Some of the best I've ever had. I consider myself a smoothie connoisseur. My only complaint is sometimes they leave ingredients out. And when you're paying $15 for a smoothie you should get everything you pay for. Could be more consistent. Depending on who makes it depend on how it taste. The atmospheric could be a little better. The place is very dark. All they need is a light is a couple lights in the dining room.“
