Driver called me at 3:45am (still asleep) but my delivery was waiting by my door at 4am promptly. The 2 day pre cleanse instructions was simple, and easy. Cutting out dairy, sugar, caffeine, meat (vegetarian) so that was no big deal. I thought not having caffeine was going to be a tough one, as a avid coffee drinker, that uses raw specialty sugar, no refined sugars. Did not realize how addictive sugar can be, and I hope to lessen my sugar habit. This juice cleanse is not for a fast weight loss after Thanksgiving but it's a lifestyle for me. Not having to think about meal prep, and food makes this easy. Don't have any medical issues such as high cholesterol, diabetes, or blood pressure issues. But I am sure this is going to make my Doctors jealous that my routine blood work is better than theirs! To be honest "Nothing tastes, as good as skinny feels"! So you can customize it completely.- The portions are HUGE especially compared to Frutta Bowls. My daughter got the Short Hills Sandwich (Steak, fried eggs, sauteed onions & cheese). I got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl (Quinoa brown rice, fresh sliced avocado, cucumber, carrots, soybeans, fresh scallion, fresh ginger, sesame seed - I said no to the avocado). It was too much food, and I couldn't finish it, but my daughter did that for me.The service was super nice. The place was very crowded and busy but they were keeping up.The place is kind of a small diner and a diner-like selection. I suspect they could do a lot more business with more space and parking.The image is of a watermelon radish, which they used as garnish on both our dishes. They have radish texture but only a faint radish taste. Very large, 5 or 6 cm.Vegetarian options: There are several, in the way that any diner these days has several vegetarian options. It's clearly not a specialty of theirs, but you absolutely have non-meat choices.Parking: They have a lot, but it isn't large nor immediately adjacent, but it's not far. There's not a lot of street parking or municipal lots in that area so I'm not sure what we would have done if their lot was full. It was Easter so maybe I'd park in a spot reserved for some business that was obviously not open.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids when we were there.“

I was greeted by a woman and man behind the counter who I presume to be the owners..they were quite friendly. I was looking for a smoothie place that opens before 7am and they opened at 6am. It's located on Bloomfield Ave in Newark, NJ and if you know the area, it's quite busy. Parking may be scarce. I ordered the coffee banana smoothie and it was tasty. It was approximately 32oz? And it was 10.00. They also have add ins such as protein, collagen, etc.This may seem pricey but healthy food will cost you. I wanted to try the crepes which also were 10.00 but I did not have time to wait. The smoothie was not too sweet which I liked. I would like to try their other flavors so I will definitely go back. My one issue is that a list of ingredients of the smoothies would be helpful, as well as what is used to sweeten the smoothies.“
