“The green drink was the worst thing I ever drank in my life BUT WHY is it that days after my cleanse is done I am still drinking it?! LOL The first day was so hard for me but in hindsight I must have really had a lot going on in my tummy. I thought that the protein shake and the green juice were a punishment. By the the second day I was having a bad day but could tolerate the diet more. Third day I woke up feeling better than I have in years. It's been a couple days after my cleanse and I have actually continued to feel good and keep the weight off! That never happened to me before on other cleanses, I would always gain like 2lbs back over night. Here I am going back for more green juice and even got my husband on it! It's sorcery I tell you, thanks Chef V!!“

“Felix is the man and the smoothie and smoothie bowls are always a delicious and healthy bang for your buck, but having had the Spicy Squash and Chicken Noodle Soup, I can safely say this is my favorite spot to grab something tasty and healthy and worth the money, the soup is sooooooo good. I walked it while he was prepping another batch of the squash soup. And it smelled soooooooo oooo o good. The picture of my soup doesn’t do it justice as I’ve eaten the chicken out of it and now I’m sipping on the broth which has the slightest kick to it. I’m obsessed. “The Paradise juice was very refreshing. You can tell the fruits and veggies are fresh. The classic house style sandwich is super stuffed. The ham in it is really tasty. For one the service is amazing as soon as I walked in I was greeted not only by the workers but by the patrons as well. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. Last but certainly not least the food was amazing my omelette was fluffy my bacon was nice and crispy the shredded potatoes were made to perfection and the toast with butter was on point!!! Everything is gluten free, and the employees are so helpful and informed about histamine sensitive diets. When it’s cold out, I’ll get a bowl of their soup du jour + a side of the gluten free bread they carry. (It’s the best GF bread I’ve had anywhere)
