“I'm a bit of a sushi snob coming from NYC where there are many excellent authentic Japanese cuisine establishments. I often get turned off when I go to Japanese restaurants, and I hear Chinese being spoken from the staff. There was even a sushi restaurant in Ridgewood, NJ, that went as far as to play Chinese music. I thought "what desecration"! Then, when the food isn't well prepared and not representative of the Japanese, it's such a disservice and embarrassment to both cultures.Well, Sushi Ya is run by Chinese staff. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sashimi. It was fresh, tasty, and melted in my mouth. The presentation is decent. It would have been better if the wasabi was freshly grated and not the prepackaged concentrated kind. The accompanying salad and miso soup were simple and basic.I haven't tried the sushi with the rice nor the cooked foods. Either way, I applaud them for doing justice to the cuisine, at least with the freshness. Yes, I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again.“

“Cute place, cute name, yummy noodles. On this trip tried the beef ramen and daily special which was chicken with coconut curry broth. Soup has the right mix of salty and brightness. Decent portions of meat and noodles for a satisfying experience. Both ramen and lo mein noodles have a great balance of softness and chew, perfect texture. need to come back and check out some of the other items.“
“A beautiful little restaurant in the home of Newton. Looks like a house, but the inside is lovely. Ordered pick up take out, drive 25 minutes was WORTH IT! 7 items for $60, food was flavorful, high quality and a nice portion. The butter naan was the favorite. Vegetable samosa little thick with dough but lovely inside. Chaat was a bit disappointing, not as pictured on their online menu and there was very limited yogurt dip. Contained many onions despite that not being listed. Chicken tiki masala was very sweet, good but not traditional tiki masala. Calamari was delicious, never had calamari like that before. The sauce was impeccable. Gulab for dessert was three dough balls saturated in syrup ( not our favorite but that’s a personal opinion).Overall ready to go back and try something new in the menu. “Didn't even realize this little gem was in town! After getting my son a haircut, we decided to come in for dinner. We've frequented another local Thai restaurant, but this will be our new spot. The food... fresh, hot, delicious. The soups came in large portions and far exceeded my expectations. I tried the ginger soup. Just wow! So fresh and flavorful. The service... friendly, quick, and efficient. Even the cook and/or owner came out to check how everything was. The environment... spacious and clean. This place deserves some hype! Check them out!“
“Today, I decided to finally stop in. The shop looks fabulous. What I will say is that I only sat at the counter. The young man who served us all at the counter was attentive, pleasant, and professional. I wish I had gotten his name to give him his proper respect. Order was taken coffee was poured.Rockaway Sampler seriously people this is a hearty meal. You will not finish it unless you sinning with gluttony :D A one dish meal potatoes ground beef eggs and sautéed onions. Lightly seasoned great tasting just a perfect comfort meal.I will definitely have to bring my Wife for a breakfast date.“
“I'm not a big Latin American food fan but damn, this was banging. I got bandeja paisa whatever that means. All this was $20 bucks minus the drink. Rice had nice little saltiness. All the meat was great. There was about a lb of steak you can't see. It came in a half size catering tray. I did have to wait like 15 to 20 mins but it was Saturday labor day weekend at lunch time plus they did have to cook the steaks.Saw someone left a 1/5 on atmosphere...its a mall food court so idk what they were expecting. “Best Pizza in the area. My daughter loves his pizza. She is shy but she loved the pizza so much she actually went up to the owner to tell him how good his pizza was. I have tried different types of slices, from plain to even a vegetarian with Brussels sprouts; it has all been amazing.“

“This local tavern seems to have transformed itself during the pandemic! The food is amazing! I was surprised at the prices however. We intended to stop in for a few beers and burgers, it was not a special night out but it wound up costing as much as if it were. The noise levels tend to get pretty high in the bar, so you may prefer to sit in the back dining area. Go and support locally owned establishments!“

“Not our normal place, however I tried them the other night. They always have specials going on, and a big online presences. We all really liked the pizza, it was very good. The staff was friendly when I called with questions about any specials and at pick up. I'd definitely go back.“
“this was my first time at lola’s. i got the birria tacos with rice. the tacos are really yummy, and the rice is too. only thing — it is NOT cheap. i spent $23 on birria tacos and a jarritos. was it delicious? yes. affordable? not so much, esp for a food court food place.“

I've visited, the food is good, drinks are really good, everything is flavored and juicy.The plenty of room and parking lot however it was full.The dinning room is so warm, full of nice dresed people, the manager and staff in general were so atentive.At the begining we were waiting for the table but quickly they assigned one, we enjoy the meal, a little bit late but delicious. Miriam was our server, she did a great job, offered a great experience in the place.Prices are affordable, portions are really good. Kids can color a book and enjoy in a table they have!The only recomendarion is to add a little bit of salt to The Margaritas, it tastes different.“
“Came here with a coworker and will definitely be coming back. Service was excellent! Both the ladies that helped us were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was good as well! I had the french onion soup and the hawaiian pizza. The french onion soup was ok. Not the best I've had but not the worst. The hawaiian pizza was great though! The crust was excellent and the toppings were in good portion. As for the atmosphere, I arrived when the restaurant wasn't so busy so we had our choice of seats. We chose to sit in the area with lots of windows and sunlight and the view of the lake was beautiful (despite parked cars being in the way). I would definitely be coming back with other family and friends to try some other dishes.“
