We enjoyed the outdoor seating which was decorated nicely with flowers and gave a nice atmosphere especially on a beautiful evening. It was a nice area for families and those who came with dogs. Our waitress did a great job and our food was good too. Indoors would have been too loud and dark for me but the people inside seemed to be having a great time watching college sports on the TVs.
We sat outside and they only had 2 servers. Not sure if the place was under staffed or not run properly but they definitely should improve the service. The food was ok (nothing special). We got the pretzel sticks and the cheese was just plain nacho cheese. It would have been nice if they tried to make their own. I got the fajitas and once again just ok nothing special. Whenever I come to Spring Lake, I always like to stop at the Spring Lake Taphouse before coming back home to Philly. I took my boyfriend here yesterday and we had a wonderful time! Our server, Aidan, was so nice and professional, and made sure that we were okay & enjoying throughout our entire stay. We started with a sampler platter, which had a little bit of everything on it and a lot of sauces to come with it. I got the mahi-mahi fish tacos, which were very fresh and delicious....
