What a great experience we had yesterday with Frank, his staff and food. We had a combined Fathers Day and Graduation party at our home and decided to have it catered. (First time for me) we usually do the cooking. Everything arrived right on time and warm. What was left to do just turn on or sternos. So simple. The food was delicious. My favorite had to be the Antipasto Platter, the rice balls and the Eggplant Rollotini. So delicious. There was plenty of food for all 22 of us...
Excellent food. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is exceptional. This establishment also hires young adults with learning disabilities and that says it all to me! A must place to go. You will not be disappointed.
They have authentic whey ricotta and it is to die for. It's worth the 30 minute drive to get it from Carteret. We made stuffed shells with it tonight and they were the best we've ever made. We'll be back for sure!
