Attitude, attitude, attitudeFirst, yell at me to get my dog out..then no sample ice cream and rush me to buy it.. I will never go there again to protest their attitude. I never had bad experience with Dunkin’ Donuts or basking robin. This is the first one.. I hope the last one as well.. there are other stores including DQ.. near. I recently placed an order for a cake to be picked up on my way to work. The morning I was to pick up the cake, I was informed by the employees that my cake had not been prepared and would not be ready for over an hour of when I was supposed to pick up the cake. I left frustrated without a cake but on my way to work received a call from the owner. He apologized for what had happened and told me he would personally deliver me the cake where ever I needed it that afternoon, free of charge. I greatly appreciated the owner reaching out and the efforts he made remedy the situation. I will continue to give this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins my business knowing they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.
