I want to complain about the terrible service, at this moment I made two orders through a delivery platform and both were cancelled, I contacted the restaurant, and the person who answered me left me on the line to the restaurant itself, and I called repeated occasions and he does not want to answer the call, IF HE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK, HE SHOULD STAY AT HOME.... He leaves a lot to be desired,

Freezers are set way too high and ice cream is melty before you even sit down. I would avoid this location. Unfortunate, because I love BR ice cream!ETA: A few hours later…Well, I should have known. I’m so sick from eating the ice cream from here. Likely Listeria. Be warned.

I wish it was a negative 0.. I work in the food service industry and this is not tolerated.. Nasty attitudes, racist and just not a good look for dunkin donuts.. I will never come back here again and this probably won't change anything but I believe someone will read b4 going there if your of a different race other than light..
