I am still in shock about how high the bill was. Gave us all an automatic stomach ache. We paid $900! For 5 people in which included three kids! The gratuity alone was $130. Extremely overpriced and the waiter did not communicate the prices at all. It definitely was not worth that price. We have never ever spent that much on dinner .

The service wasn't bad, the host was helpful in assisting w my takeout order. However, the food was inedible. The seafood wasn't fresh. The shrimp was smashy and not cleaned, and the crab was brown and yellowed. I was afraid to keep eating and ended up throwing it out, which was terrible, but I didn't want to get sick.

The wings and fried shrimp were simply amazing, and our evening turned out wonderful. The entire crew treated us with warm smiles and genuine care, making the experience even nicer. We left completely happy and would love to return again soon.

Ordered a shrimp boil and fisherman's platter last night. Both me and my husband have been stuck on the toilet since the middle of the night. I noticed all of the shrimp in the boil except 1, was soft, deteriorating and floppy. Should have just thrown all of it away but hard to waste food in this economy. I've ordered from here before but this is the last time. Quality check your seafood better.

This was very disappointing, my husband bought home the lobster roll, fried calamari, and a boil bag. The lobster were 2 pieces of lump the rest was a bunch of celery and little scrums like they didn’t have no more left and so dry and chewy.It was so green, I buy this all the time. For $27.00 plus tax it was not worth it.
Horrible experience the server and I use that term very loosely brought me snow instead of dungeness crabs and if you are a crab lover you know that is a huge difference. He failed to listen several times after the crab situation i told him I would just keep them since it was already brought out to me and i was hungry i then asked for a water with lemon he disappeared for awhile then came back out to sit down no water. I asked the young lady working for a manager to explain what happened and she told me he was the highest person in charge at the moment. I love Cap't Loui and have been to multiple locations in different states this by far was the worse !! The boil broth in this location also wasnt the best tasting and a bit too sweet for my liking.

I ordered the takeout lobster roll and it was absolutely sublime, incredibly satisfying and left me anticipating my next indulgence. Although I could only finish half, I'm optimistic that next time I'll relish every morsel and the overall experience will be truly exceptional when I have a sit down dinner there.

We just completed our meals for takeouts. This place is great. I honestly think it tastes better than Maine lobster. We lived in Vermont for close to 3 years and we’ve had our fair share of Maine lobster. Next time we will be dining in. Fine lobster they have, delicious portions.
