Had lobster roll. Roll was hard, came without melted butter on it, when asked for butter, it came and tasted off, almost rancid. And the lobster had no taste and only had dry claw meat, and knuckle meat, no tail meat at all. French fries were good, though. Will not go back.

A different type of restaurant. As I sat there waiting for my family, I noticed mostly take out orders. Seemed to be an understaffed restaurant. One young lady doing it all herself. Service was a bit slow because of that. Once the food was received, we all enjoyed and shared

It is definitely not a place to go on the weekend. It takes a long time for the food to be prepared and served. There are only two people working in the food service. It is a restaurant that I love to go to but this time I was disappointed. They definitely need to hire staff for the kitchen.

Went here for the first time because this location is more convenient than going to Fort Lee. Was seated right away but our order took an hour to arrive and we were starving! The staff did their best and tried to accommodate everyone, it was very busy. And for some reason, the restaurant was too cold, on top of the cold weather outside.

We are very disappointed! We waited for 1.5 hours for food and the staff couldn't do anything to expedite. We ordered lobsters and king crab they are over cooked and almost no meat. Then when the food came, they served it in extra spicy sauce when we asked for a medium spice sauce. The waiter said that the cook made a mistake. This is such a horrible experience for something that was supposed to be a special night for my family. It is way overpriced. Unfortunately we will not come back and will not recommend.
I've been to other similar seafood bake restaurants and this is the worst one by far. We left hungry, the seafood was mediocre and the price was way too high. I doubt we got 1lb of king crab, it was like 3 pieces. They also gave us 3 pieces of corn, it was supposed to be 4. I was literally shocked when the bill came, well over $100 for 2 people and that's with 1 drink, no appetizer and no dessert. I felt the price should have been 1/2 what it was. The atmosphere feels cold, metal chairs and noisy. On busy rt 22, it's a real hole in the wall. The only thing that stood out was the Lemonade.

This is my second time here! I drive from Sparta NJ to this location cause we are obsessed! The crab, shrimp and seasonings are the BEST i have had in NJ! Forget Joe's, Crabby's or any other seafood places come here and you will not regret it!
