Carvel is hidden in Moes SouthWest . We went in to buy a Carvel cake. Staff is rude, and no one knows anything. All the cakes are in a freezer by the front door. The problem is the small rectangle that is $38.99 at every other Carvel is $42.99 here. When we questioned the price, we were answered with more rudeness by the store manager. There are so many ice cream stores - don't overpay here!
Utterly disgusted and dissapointed after today's visit at Carvel! First let's start that the signage is barely visable and next it's behind a Moe's fast food spot which is unclear as these two businesses do not marry each other. The smell while walking in today around 4:45pm to get icecream was completey unbareable!! Not clear what the smell was but, seemed it was coming from the front establishment. Straight to the point now. The woman that was working did not speak nor understand any english whatsoever. She could barely understand how to make the sundaes. After making our pistachio two sundaes it was clear she had no idea what she was doing as if it was someone off the street they put to work. Clearly corporate does not care or visit this location. Cannot belive there was no manager of sorts on site. Will never go here again!!!
This has to be one of the worst Carvels I've been to. Besides the place looking chaotic and messy. I asked for a 3rd topping and the ladies told me it would not fit. Then I asked her to put it on regardless and she had an attitude.
Bought a cake from here, they were incredibly stingy on the crunchies (which is the best part). I Called corporate and this store location, best I was offered was a gift card to get “some of my money back”.Took two photos of the cut cake, next to the image advertised
I’m not even sure how to give this location a true grade because we never ended up with a product! We walked in to get an ice cream cake and there was literally no one to help us. All we wanted was a cake to write happy birthday on. The workers at the Moe’s side of the store told us personalization must be ordered “days” in advance. This baffles me because I actually tried to order in advance online but it kept kicking me to door dash which was a limited menu. We finally decided to just grab a blank cake from the freezer and again the Moe’s workers were like oh that one is spoken for. Huh?! There is no label on it. We left empty handed. Would love to know if there are employees or a manager for this location to understand how to actually buy a product.
Very rude service & Guy from Moes was very rude
1hr before closing and they close the account from door dash. Upsetting. Always look forward to ice-cream from there. Guess I'll find something better.
Love their ice cream
I went on Sun 8/14 after lunch with my grandkids 9 and 6 yrs old. The person in charge smelled horrible to the point that my 9 yr old gd got nauseous. We had to leave Inmediately. The whole area had this unbeareable odor. Please take into account that ice cream is food and hygiene of the staff cannot be overlooked. Will never go back.
Worst customer service ever.Had to wait a day & call back to speak to cake decorator just to order a cake. When you call, your lucky if someone even answers the phone, usually get a voice mailbox that's full, so you go round and round, get no where & they're rude on top of everything- why do you people even own a business?

The manager not sure of his name! Is awesome. Great customer service skills. Thank you!
Thank you for designing my cake exactly how I wanted it good job!
Carvel was great same quality ice cream since I been going there
They read my mind and exceeded my expectations for the birthday ice cream cake. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Went to carvel this evening. We walked in the store, there were no customer's, and 3 employees standing by the Moe's counter. One female was behind the counter, and a Male and female on the customer side. The female had her hand going up her back, under her shirt. The Moe's person called out to the back, and 2 people came out. One of the females approached us with a scowl, and asked if we needed help. She then ran her hand up her nose twice. I waited a bit, and asked if she was going to wash her hands. She gave me a nasty look, and went to wash her hands. At this point we were so disgusted by the whole experience that we walked out.I suggest you protect yourself, and go elsewhere.
