Twice now they have messed up my entire ubereats order. No chicken in the quesadilla, no chicken in the tacos?!?!? How hard is it to read?

Every single time I come here, there are no vegetables. Morning, noon or night. I stopped coming bc I like vegetables. But here I am today and guess what. No vegetable. What is a vegetarian to do? Go to Quodoba.

Go there all the time to pick up food and it's rarely ever ready.!.. I find it amusing to see how many people walk in and get their food before me hence what's the point of ordering for pickup. Get your act together you're making people's food late all the time

Worst chipotle ever. I have a gluten allergy and have asked before to have a corn tortilla but the worker didn’t even know what gluten was and ended up giving me a flour one. On another occasion I specifically put on the app the corn-hard-shell taco option and they gave me the flour soft tortilla AND messed up my order by adding and removing random ingredients. choose another location.

Came to this location for lunch they were literally out of chicken and cutting it to order as fast as they could. While I understand things happen this seems a little strange for a location along a major street. When my turn came I ordered a bowl and on it went rice (which was hard) red beans (super dry) half steak half chicken (what I actually got was half steak that was extremely chewie and 4 pieces of chicken as they cut to order they clearly was shorting everyone on the chicken) so barely any meat, I got salsa (they dumped way too much into the bowl shredded cheese way too much like over the top and I asked for guacamole which they gave me a half scoop where every other location does a full spoon when I asked for more they told me I’d be charged for double extra guacamole how is that a thing when I didn’t receive a full serving. I take the food to go to work sit down to eat and I have is the most expensive bowl of rice and salsa I ever had. The rice was hard the beans were dry salsa over powered the entire bowl and I spent more time fishing for meat then actually eating. The staff looks absolutely miserable and the vibe is just off. Whoever is their manager should be fired and the staff should be re trained on correct portion control. I’ll never step foot in this place again even if the food was free. You guys are chipotle you are expected to provide better service than mc Donald’s and you guys are slacking.

I visited chipotle this morning for excellent bowl and the place was clean and no loud music. The outdoor seating was pleasant, too.

It's always a different experience when I go to this location. Today was ok. It was clean, the food was stocked and it wasn't busy. Last visit, they didn't have chicken or fountain lemonade.

I usually don’t write reviews for chain restaurants, but this was truly the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered via DoorDash and half of the order was missing — no chips, no drink, and the rest was incomplete. After waiting over an hour for delivery, I started eating what did arrive, only to find a bug in the meal. Absolutely disgusting. I decided to eat the guac with chips I had at home, only to discover two avocado pits in the guacamole. Completely unacceptable from a brand like Chipotle. I will not be eating at this location ever again.

I normally don't write reviews, but this is the 3rd week in a row I've received a burrito that I can't even pick up to eat without it falling apart.

How could you, in good conscience, serve this to a paying customer? There wasn't even attempt to double or re-wrap it (not only was it poorly wrapped, but the tortilla itself was ripped open!!!).

I ordered a basic burrito with guac - no double meat, no double rice, nothing crazy. I would highly recommend against coming here unless you plan on getting a bowl.

Please your staff need to be using nose face mask....it's not hygienic to be talking and shouting while you have people's food right in front of you and that's not best practice

Removing orders from Doordash here is terrible, it takes almost 30 minutes, if I could remove this store from Doordash I would, as they are very slow
