very rude. i was here today (jan 3rd) at around 7pm and the first person i talked to (short haired girl) at the counter, was making side comments and had an attitude when i didn’t understand what she was saying. as i ignored her rudeness the first time, she went ahead and made a slick comment to her coworker about me again. i will never come back to this establishment and really regretted eating here. + my burrito fell apart which made it really messy to eat

Was here at 8pm today and the black female serving the food had a terrible attitude, honestly if it wasn’t for other time having good experiences here I wouldn’t be coming back again, everyone else’s was nice except her didn’t seem like she wanted to be there or even attend us, also didn’t put any effort into giving us a good portion of meat in our bowls.

This red chimichurri ($1) is swimming in olive oil & not enough vinegar and garlic. It’s not a game changer for my carnitas bowl. Plus, guacamole is now $2.75 No thanks!

As someone who has managed a chipotle before , this place is horrible , whoever is managing this place should be replaced ,Everytime I come in the lines a mess and missing items they give you a half portion of most things and if you question you get attitude in response they constantly store dirty dishes next to meat about to be cut I came in today and was served rice without cilantro and most of the sauces on the line had sour cream or some other cross contaminated sauce in it

I waited 15 minutes for Carne Asada!!!! 15 minutes for something that should've been prepared already. I asked the manager was it my fault that the Carne Asada wasn't prepared and he said no! But he refused to give me a discount for waiting for something that should've been prepared. He was Hispanic. I bet if I was Hispanic he would've given me a discount!!!! I also had to ask for napkins!!!! I'm pissed!!!! I waited calmly for 15 minutes and the manager knew that I was waiting and still refused to give me a discount. The tables aren't even clean!!!

I visited today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I arrived shortly after opening, much of the food was not yet prepared, which was surprising since I expected everything to be ready at opening. I waited about seven minutes for items to be finished, and when my burrito was remade, I asked politely whether it contained one or two tortillas (I had requested two). The response I received felt dismissive, and instead of a simple answer, the tortilla was lifted up with an expression that seemed frustrated.

I clarified that I only wanted to confirm, but at that point I asked if someone else could assist, as I was uncomfortable with the interaction. Another employee came over and explained that the worker did not speak English well, which left me even more confused since she had understood my request earlier. At that point, I chose to leave without completing my order.

I normally don’t walk out of establishments, but the lack of preparation and unprofessional service left me with little confidence. For a Chipotle location that had just opened for the day, I expected more organization and a better customer experience.
