Always late for pickup. Then if you ask about your order they get attitude. Let's go the people walking in are getting their food before people who order in advance š..this has been constant not once ... They are delaying deliveries and pickups.

This place is slow all the time. Don't matter what tim, day, month, year. Even if you order ahead and come 25min later it's still not ready. Waiting around just for someone to take my order & I'm the only customer!?!? Like what !! They need workers then the ones that come to work don't wanna work. For this town this is very bad? Do better

The next time I come into this restaurant and the tables are clean, will be the first time. Why do I have to wipe the table, throw away cups and bags before I sit down?? Very disappointed

Ordered tacos in person & the tortillas were cold, portions are quite small (perhaps granted five strands of cheese); Chicken was dry, flat & tough like jerky. Fine & edible otherwise.

Good store! I liked here. My first time was in July 2025. I ordered a boiled with chicken, it was very delicious and tasty!

This place should be closed down by the health department. FILTHY and the workers are literally the most clueless people on the planet. If you do decide to take a chance, add at least 40 minutes to whatever time they tell you your mobile order as they are the slowest people on planet earth.

Another bad experience here. I ordered a chicken Burrito Bowl on-line, went there to pick it up, took it home, lo and behold, they forgot to put chicken in there. No meat. Got into my car and drove back to Chipotle. I told the same guy that he gave me my order without the meat and his partner working next to him barked at me, saying āif you want extra chicken, you have to pay for itā. I told him I am not asking for extra, you guys forgot to put chicken in my order. I handed my container over to him and I stepped up to point to it and said āsee, no meatā. This guy yelled at me āstep back and donāt demandā. I said I am not demanding, I just want you to put chicken in my order. You forgot to put chicken in my order. Without saying a word, he scooped some chicken and dumped it in, closed the top and shove the order over the counter towards me without saying a word. I can see he was angry at me. He did not say sorry. He did not apologize. The amount of chicken he put in there was just a small scoop and no where near the usual amount I get from another location. I did not want to complain anymore, so I just asked him for his name and he said Eric. Not sure if thatās his real name but he is a stocky black fella about 5ā6ā working at the takeout counter. They need better management here. I think I was poorly treated, thatās why I am writing this negative review. Unfortunately, I don't think anything will change here. I will not be going back to this location.

Picked up to go order website said pick up at 730pm I didnāt get my food until 750pm so sat there for 20 min while there was no line at the walk in counter. To make matters worse when I got home my quesadilla was missing white rice side presumably because they were out. Didnāt even both to ask if I wanted something else. Terrible and unfair to have to pay for something you donāt receive.

This is hands down one of the worst-run locations Iāve ever been to. It deserves a documentary on how not to operate a business. The service is terrible, and they canāt even be bothered to update their hoursāsometimes theyāre open, sometimes theyāre not, with no notice. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. Donāt settle for a poorly managed spot just because itās supposed to be āquickā food.
