Ordered their 6.99$ mix and match deal, pizzas lacked marinara sauce and was very dry. Barely any toppings and very powdery base. Wouldn’t don’t order from here again. Felt like eating cardboard that was left out on the porch overnight.

I know this is a fast food pizza joint and I enjoy it, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I’m giving it a 5 star rating for their customer service. Anytime I order anything and they are out they immediately call me and work out a compromise, like a changed topping or a credit when they didn’t have an item. Tonight they forgot my wings but they made sure to fix it quickly and were apologetic, which is something I don’t always see in these settings! (You can see my little Caesars review). so I just want to say I’m very impressed by the staff and keep up the good work!

I did an online order for pickup. I went in early before pizza got done the man with glasses was doing my pizzas than went to touch the computer went back to touching my pizza. Which was disgusting. Than I ordered beef and it was pork on my pizza. My family don't eat pork, it upset they stomach. First time going there but I won't go again. I'm new to the area and I figure I'll go there . But never again. This is the Dominos at 230 Morris Ave Springfield Nj . Also management need to let him know if he doing pizza stick to doing that don't touch the register and people pizza . Very unsanitary .

I ordered delivery last night. On the tracker, it indicated all steps for the preparation of the order, as well as when it was out for delivery. However, when the app notified me that it had been delivered, I wondered why neither of my dogs had barked if someone had approached the front door. That question was answered when I opened the door and found that no food had been delivered. I promptly attempted to contact the store to inquire about the whereabouts of the food, but I received a recording indicating that it was closed. Tellingly, there was no photo evidencing the purported delivery as all other businesses provide. This is the second time in as many days that we have had an issue with this location. Yesterday, they delivered the pizza but it had two of the requested toppings missing. They attempted to correct that with a store credit, which is why we reordered this evening. However, this phantom “delivery” really is the worst customer service. Consider this before placing an order here.

I would not recommend this place. The bathrooms are very dirty. While using the restroom there was a condom wrapper and trash on the floor. There was urine on the toilet. This place was not clean at all.

The supervisor had the nerve to hang up on my face because he couldn’t fix his credit card system for me to order food for takeout for my children. Very rude. I do not recommend ordering online from the store. The supervisor should be fired.
Ordered a medium pan pizza for delivery and was very happy with my order. Cooked just right, plenty of toppings, and the order arrived quickly to my front door as I requested. Great job guys!
