They don't know how to prepare coffee. The coffee doesn't look fresh. The cream seems to have curdled in the coffee.
Always a long wait, completely watered down cold brew twice in a row. Never had this experience at a Dunkin.

Zero stars for this place. I have reported them to corporate for the rudeness I was given here. I showed up here at 7:50 on dec. 1 and the place was closed up, When i called the store to asked why the lady said its basically 8 and i may not speak to a manager or have her name. She needs fired and you need some serious rebranding of staff here. I will continue to press this issue until resolved. Closing early and then being rude is not correct work ethic and needs to be looked into.

The Asian lady who is at the register has some type of attitude. I used my rewards for a drink (frozen coffee) and a bagel she charged me $9 for my order when all I should have been charged for is my bagel. She always has an attitude towards me (also an Asian) an not sure how she treats other people. I guess if you are not a regular she is not nice to you? I will no longer give that store my business. There are other Dunkin in the area where customers are treated with respect.

There are two customers and four employees. One employee making the food order for the other customer. Other employees doing nothing. I ordered a coffee, waited a bit and had to ask them to pour it.
