everything was very good just that they messed up the order I had ordered a iced caramel late and a roasted white choclet late with light ice and they gave me extra ice on both of them. They also forgot my hot chocolate when it was the first this I ordered. But overall it's a great place to go with your friends and family as long as your clear on what you want.

Had an issue with a mobile order that I placed early in the morning. Called the store up and spoke to Norman who helped me out tremendously, was able to go back no problem and get my issue resolved. Norman is the man!

Customer service is quite poor, I think it is due to the fact that there are only young people in customer service without the supervision of an older person with more experience and character.
