They didn't give me the donuts I ordered and they were rude when I complained. If they didn't understand what I was asking for, they had to stop being so quick and look for someone who could take my order.

I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru on December 31, a super busy day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. I placed a large order, which could have easily caused delays, but the staff was efficient and friendly. Everything was fresh and delicious, and my order was complete and exactly right.
Despite the rush, they made sure everything was prepared accurately and with care. The breakfast was perfect, and the team was quick to get me on my way. It was a great experience, especially considering how busy it was. I’ll definitely return for another hassle-free stop.

THIS PLACE IS NOT 24 hours and CHANGE YOUR TIMING! When you go to pick up an order there the guy says that he closes from 11PM to 3AM! because he almost got “robbed”… I went there 4 times and he said the same thing… Change your timings on google and uber eats! Customers beware before wasting your time ordering here!

If I could give the drice thru zero stars, I would. It was the worst drive thru experience this morning. I asked specifically for cold foam on my hot coffee. Yes, hot coffee in which I've had done at every dunkin including RT 22 in Springfield on Tuesday morning. When I informed the attendant the same exact order was placed on Tuesday he stated not with me. The drive thru attendant refused to prepare the coffee, how I asked, and did not take the rest of the order. He stated the team was advised not to put cold foam on hot items. I was told no manager was onsite for me to speak with. This was the worst service ever.
