So last few times I been here I noticed they give me a bag that look like it's been used already i don't know if there taking out garbage and reusing it or wat ,don't play with my health next time I come here and give me bag again like that I will contact health department have place closed down

11/8/2025 ——Placed an online order at 10:04pm arrived at 10:05pm. Location closes at 11pm so I arrived at a decent time. Pulled up to the speaker and waited for someone to answer…Nothing. I was sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes saying hello….Nothing. So I pulled up to the window. No one in site. I knocked on the window…Nothing. I even called the number posted, heard the phone ring but no one went to answer it. I was waiting for a good 10+ minutes but since I have to work tonight at a certain time I had to leave. I did not receive my order that I paid for at all. I also noticed a car ahead of me leave as well with no order.

I ordered a coffee on October 18,2025.they did not make the coffee the way I wanted it.so I went inside the store so they could make it over.one of the guy was very rude,refused to listen to my concern ,and just offer to give me a refund.the manager had to sep in and had to make it for me .very unprofessional.

They didn't give me the donuts I ordered and they were rude when I complained. If they didn't understand what I was asking for, they had to stop being so quick and look for someone who could take my order.
I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru on December 31, a super busy day, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. I placed a large order, which could have easily caused delays, but the staff was efficient and friendly. Everything was fresh and delicious, and my order was complete and exactly right.
Despite the rush, they made sure everything was prepared accurately and with care. The breakfast was perfect, and the team was quick to get me on my way. It was a great experience, especially considering how busy it was. I’ll definitely return for another hassle-free stop.

If I can give a zero I would. It saids 24hrs but the guy doesn't Want to serve anyone. They need to fire him and hire someone else. I work overnight close by and me and my coworkers would love some dunkin to keep us up.
