The staff is really friendly and welcoming! The hot chocolate is extra chocolatey. The atmosphere is really calming even if it's in the middle of 2 busy roads. Hands down my new favourite Dunkin!

This will be my second time at this location. I had closed from work and decided to grab something sweet. I had no idea I would be meeting the kindest lady on planet earth. My only mistake was not asking her her name. She really deserves a raise, promotion and employee of the year.

Someone needs to sue this place. Its free donut Weds and although I had a coffee in hand they REFUSED to give me my free donut. This is the USA! When you advertise free donut Weds you get your free donut. The owner and manager are too cowardly to reply.

Stopped in for coffee and donut At approx. 9pm the service was good but upon driving home while drinking my coffee i had to toss it because it tasted like it was watered down with no taste also the donut washard and tasteless
The Indian woman with the bun in her hair was very rude. She put her hand in my face when I asked for my little sister's drink to be corrected as she can not drink green tea. Very unpleasant.

Well it's great to have a seat and enjoy my coffee at this Springfield Dunkin, but I really wish they would change the CNN channel . I'd rather have them put on a relaxing music cable channel and feel comfortable ..

The manager, Sheila, is acting unreasonably. I've witnessed her getting into arguments with customers before, and today, unfortunately, it involved me. My 3-year-old son was trying to choose between donuts, and she seemed frustrated. She handed me coffee that wasn't hot, likely from an old batch. When I asked for a fresh one, she yelled at me. It was very rude. Since coffee from an old batch tends to be cold, I left the coffee there and exited. She didn't show any remorse or offer a replacement. Eventually, I got a new one from a different Dunkin' Donuts.
