The employees that take the orders are very friendly and the donut selection looks great in the am. However, I always ask for the hot chai latte at all Dunkin D locations as I don’t like coffee. It is always lukewarm. I always have to ask if they can warm it up a little more. I understand they do not have microwaves and usually at other locations they take it back and heat it up. Well today the employee that made it I asked him politely (as I know they get mad) if he can make...
