This restaurant has apparently been in business for 40 years and I have never eaten there before but had a wonderful experience recently dining there with my wife
The menu is extensive and the servings are really really huge and really not terribly expensive for the quality and the amount of food that you get

The best Chinese food we've had in the area. My wife and I were interested in checking out Hunan Spring because it looked so nostalgic for us on the outside - exactly the kind of restaurant that we would go for special occasions as kids. We stopped by - with our kids! - and were really blown away by the food and service. We have only had the most classic Chinese-American dishes here so far but everything has been delicious.
