I have tried this new location several times and the owner of this franchise doesn't really care about the customer experience. They are severly understaffed and I have actually walked out twice because of the long wait. They never seem to have enough people. The employees are all very nice and welcoming, but they need more of them or this place will not last.

Been there twice. 1st trip they where out of bottles soda...not that big a.deal. the 2nd trip they didn't have any bread ??? Now 3rd trip. Ordered on line. Arrived at specified time only to wait another 30 min for order. Not sure what other locations do that this one doesn't...but this one on Rt 22 always seems to be a problem. Will be going to the other location ...it's further away...but never a delay or problem.

This is the second Jersey Mikes that I have visited. Both times, employees are welcoming and try to engage you in a conversation while they prepare your sandwich. This will definitely bring repeat business. Mike’s way all the way!

Had an awesome experience at Jersey Mike’s! The subs were fresh, tasty, and made just right. The customer service really stood out. The young man behind the counter had a really nice smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed as soon as I walked in. The young woman greeted me warmly and even chatted with me down the line while my sub was being made. She was super friendly and made the whole visit feel personal and pleasant. You can tell the team here cares about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time at the new location. Staff was friendly, accomodating, and good at what they did. Quality of food was also great! I will say it is a small facility so order in advance and maybe pick up. I waited 10 mins in line bc the lady in front of me was ordering several subs. So it ate into my lunch break but besides that would i would definately come again! Refreshing to actually have good quality food nearby! Also, i found a random wallet on the floor when i walked in and the cashier put it aside for her and when she came back in looking quickly gave it to her. Looked like respectable, kind staff!!!
