I have tried this new location several times and the owner of this franchise doesn't really care about the customer experience. They are severly understaffed and I have actually walked out twice because of the long wait. They never seem to have enough people. The employees are all very nice and welcoming, but they need more of them or this place will not last.

Been there twice. 1st trip they where out of bottles soda...not that big a.deal. the 2nd trip they didn't have any bread ???
Now 3rd trip. Ordered on line. Arrived at specified time only to wait another 30 min for order.
Not sure what other locations do that this one doesn't...but this one on Rt 22 always seems to be a problem.
Will be going to the other location ...it's further away...but never a delay or problem.
