I pre-ordered the new Harry Potter sorting hat doughnut because we had visited Krispy Kreme the previous day and this special edition donut was sold out my daughter was devastated. I pre-ordered at 6am for an order to pickup later in the day for my wife to pickup with my daughter. My wife and daughter arrived at the Springfield, NJ location only to be told they were out of stock yet again and they offered a refund! I pre-ordered to get the donut for my daughter not a bloody refund! This is just bad business don’t let anyone pre-order something you can’t deliver. Thanks for ruining my daughters day. We won’t be looking forward to anymore special donuts from Kripsy Kreme.

I was super excited to come in and try the new specialty donuts and latte but I had a crappy experience. The store is super clean and the food was good but the male employee had such a bad attitude that it ruined everything. He looked annoyed when I came up to the register and ordered my donuts and drink. He then proceeds to throw the donuts in the bag and crumble them up ruining all the icing on them. Then he makes the specialty drink and looks right at the sprinkles that are supposed to go on top and bypasses them. I had to ask another worker to add them on after seeing her make the same latte with sprinkles as I initially expected. He had an attitude with almost everyone walking in. People are coming in for the specialty products but also the experience!
