Stopped by yesterday, New Year's Eve 2025 with the family. Many restaurants closed. The staff great great to us. Very welcoming and our waiter was excellent and attentive. No one wants to work New Year's Eve, they would rather be home but we are so very thankful that they were welcoming and kind. The food was excellent. Dining alone at LongHorn can be a mixed experience. As a party of one, I felt slightly overlooked compared to the larger groups nearby. My server visited only four times. once to greet me, once to take my order, a third time to drop off a second drink after I had been thirsty for most of my meal, and finally to deliver the check. I understand he had several other tables, but a little more attention would have made the experience feel more welcoming.
