Absolutely the worst customer service! I went in to have dinner with my son we got seated by the hostess. The restaurant wasn’t even fully full slightly empty but all the workers were walking around. I was waiting for at least 30 minutes just to get greeted to put in a drink or appetizers but no! The other table next to us were getting the service they needed but I was completely ignored!!!! I gave them benefit of the doubt to wait but I was already annoyed by them constantly passing by my table without a word. I finally told me son let’s go, we got up and left and came to the Chinese restaurant next door. It’s sad that you can’t even be attended in a timely manner.

I just order almost $200 food. Takeout, when I get home all the steaks are burn.
The mash patties dried, the rice does not have any taste.
I am very disappointed.

This is nothing but a big disappointment I have had the opportunity to eat in the restaurant and it was so good and I have decided to go back here and do a take out for my birthday dinner. I bought a lot of food and when I went home all the steak was burnt so bad it was bitter I couldn’t even bite into it, the blooming onion was so soggy it was disgusting. It’s so sad really that I couldn’t eat anything and my birthday dinner was ruined I called 8:30 pm a they said they are closed when the website clearly states they close at 9pm. I am so angry and honestly hurt because i spend so much money and was excited to share a good meal with my family and none of us could have eaten it. It was thrown to the garbage. What a disappointment. I will never ever again go back to this establishment.
Tasty food, clean environment, friendly staff with good service and reasonable prices.

Our waiter, Sally, started our very attentive. Then she sat down at am adjacent table for a conversation with some people - that's when service slowed to a halt.
While waiting we played trivia on a tablet (there's one on every table). When we got the check turns our you're charged $2.99 for playing 👀

First time visiting NJ and I wanted to try something similar to the food I’m used to back home. The customer service was great—attentive and friendly. I ordered the Bloomin’ Onion as an appetizer and it was solid.
For my main dish, I ordered a New York Strip medium rare, but it came out well done. I asked the server if it could be replaced, and she took care of it right away with no hesitation. When the new steak came out, the manager asked me to cut into it to confirm the temperature, and it was medium rare, but both sides were burnt. At that point my appetite was gone.
Overall, I just wish I had found something closer to a true Texas-style steakhouse.
