Capitalism needs to start remembering who supports it. The purpose of a chain, or franchise, is to have consistent quality and taste across locations. Serving soup that borders on inedible due to it not being creamy at all, where the liquid drains off your spoon easily, leaving a pile of barely cooked vegetables that stab your mouth from the firmness is inexcusable from a entity as large and as established as Panera. This was obviously scorched from new, as the cream base is broken and all that is left are sad pools of broken butter. You need to do better. Consumers deserve better than to support the bottom line of a company that exists based on our satisfaction. You work for us. And you failed. And you often do, without recourse. Your existence promises us dependable quality. If you cannot deliver, you do not deserve to charge what you do, or even exist as a viable business model. We do not want free apologetic sub par food in exchange for having received already subpar food. We want it to be great the first time and worth the price we pay. I gave one star to be nice. 🤙

Over the past 6 months, the salads I’ve received when ordering Panera delivery have went from good and fresh, to essentially 100% romaine lettuce hearts. I decided to switch to arugula hoping for a better outcome. I received a bowl full of yellow slimy arugula. I’m not sure if they’re under new management and trying to stretch their produce but when I’m paying $10+ for a salad I expect the food to at least be fresh and not from last week or the whitest rock hard part of a romaine head. I would recommend traveling to another Panera. In my case I will be taking a break from Panera all together as I am disgusted with this most recent salad I received.

AM Micheel went above and beyond with customer service, never seen anything like that before in large net food location
I love Panera!! The food is good as it always is. What made our visit really memorable was the staff member Misheel (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) who made absolutely sure our food was satisfactory. When we picked up our food, he made sure we knew that we could come to them with any concerns or questions. I got up at one point to get some butter for my bread and some dressing for my salad, and he was super accommodating. He also came by to check on us as we were eating. Really stellar service, I’m super impressed!

wow, i have to give props here. this really felt like a community space tonight. tons of people and groups. friendly and nice vibe. michael (maybe a manager?) was so friendly and super professional, checked on us to make sure our food was good. the dining area was clean and cozy. this location is spacious enough for working or eating with a group. fireplaces, booths and tons of little sections to sit. will be back!
