We ordered twice. The first time was ok, we walked out excited to hear the music and seemed really fun, the staff was not happy at all. So, we tried second time, they had our order wrong (not a big deal) but, the girl on the truck was not apologetic not happy that we even ordered. Once she found our order, she was scolding the male on the truck. Both times staff was very miserable. We will never order again from them it is not worth it.

The highlight to our son’s 1st birthday party! Bianca & Steve were so kind and accommodating. It was easy to book the truck and the assortment of flavors, toppings & non-dairy ice creams were a huge plus. Please read the requirements of their parking! We will definitely book them again.

SCREAM Truck is a Slam Dunk 5. If you are looking for the perfect way to memorialize your party, look no further. I know my guests are going to be talking about this for a LONG time. ST2 was awesome. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating and this was probably the cleanest food service vehicle I’ve ever seen. Having them is a no brainer. Enjoy.

We had the ice cream truck come to our home, and it was such a wonderful experience! Ariel and Trinity were absolutely amazing, so professional, friendly, and welcoming. They made the whole visit feel special, and everyone was so happy with the service and the delicious treats. It’s not every day that you come across people who are both kind and professional, and they truly made the day memorable. I highly recommend them and would gladly book again! The ice cream was also SO SO good!!!

Frustrating we were not given 15 minutes advanced notice,(as told) especially when they arrived 15 minutes before our actual 1 hour delivery window started . Ice cream was all melted when given to us, even though we ran out as soon as they arrived….. don’t prepare the ice cream en route, especially when you’re significantly early. I’m paying a huge premium for the experience (the actual ice cream is just okay) and feel like we were short changed. I will think twice before ordering this experience for my family again.

What a wonderful experience! We had the Scream Truck for our daughter’s fourth birthday. The people were amazing!!! They made her day so special! They really made her feel special and took extra care with her and our other guests. All of our guest loved the ice cream and the experience. I highly recommend!

Scream Truck was the highlight of our girls birthday celebration. The truck was on time, super accommodating for allergies including tree nut and dairy allergies. The sundaes and signature cones are amazing and very generous portions! The guys were patient and enthusiastic as well! We definitely plan to use again for our next celebration!

I hired the Scream Truck for 7 corporate events and it was an absolute HIT with everyone! Everyone was raving about the wide assortment of ice creams/sundaes and thought it was the coolest thing that it had a customizable Sundae/image/names on the screen.
