The servers they use to log orders are known to have glitches. They have skipped my order a few times. I won’t be ordering from them or recommending this company again.

DONE WITH SCREAM TRUCK. #1) I requested a Scream Truck for a party and never received a response. #2) A couple of weeks ago I scheduled a delivery and then received an text the delivery was cancelled because of internet problems #3) Today I scheduled a delivery which worked out for great for our grandchildren’s visit. Go figure, another problem. The delivery was cancelled because the Scream Truck had an accident. GOODBYE SCREAM TRUCK. KIISS THIS CUSTOMER FAREWELL.

Best decision I've made this year was booking the Scream truck for my daughter's birthday surprise. Savion and James did an awesome job! They were courteous, patient and friendly in serving 50 girls between the ages of 7-12, all of which enjoyed every minute of the music, ambiance and deliciousness that the Scream Truck offers. Being a former food service director, I 100% appreciated the cleanliness of the operation as well. Both servers wore gloves throughout and continuously changed them when switching tasks all while working in a prestinely clean environment. I'm definitely booking this truck for any and every upcoming outdoor event I can afford and requesting my guys Savion and James, a dynamic duo.

We had a party for 25 adults at our house. Reservation process was smooth and easy. Scream Truck arrived on time and fully stocked. Everyone loved the ice cream and were really impressed by the choices/flavors/toppings offered. The Niti Lion was a big hit! If I could give the scream truck 10 stars I would! Prior to our party they made sure to confirm multiple times ahead of the date and showed up on time for t my son’s party. The truck was clean and lively music was playing as they approached. The staff was beyond amazing and kind not to mention professional! They took care of each little kiddo and the adults, they were quick with the orders each dessert was absolutely delicious. I’m not sure if the scream truck uses a different ice cream than other trucks but the ice cream is so rich and creamy. Their sprinkles can’t be found anywhere it’s one of a kind and delicious! They also created a speciality item on the menu just for my son with his name on it and one of the options on the outside said “happy 3rd birthday Liam” it made him feel extra special! The pricing is reasonable and not over the top. I cannot recommend the scream truck enough! My neighbors were so impressed they took business cards so they can cater their next event as well! I will be booking the scream truck for my next event hands down no questions asked!
