Customer service was trash. We was there on 10/29/2023 at approximately 3:35pm. No one was at the door to greet. We sat down at the bar area and was not greeted or told we will be serviced. The place was empty so there was no need for them to not greet us. We went the two waitress that was directly in front of us behind the bar to ask if we will be served, which one of the waitress hands the menu without looking up to acknowledge while the other waitress states she will service us. About ten minutes later the waitress walked passed us without acknowledging that we were there waiting to clean a table next to us. It was clear they did not want our services so we left. Extremely poor service. Will not be returning. And did I mention the place was empty less than ten people in there.

Entering the restaurant there was a old smell which should’ve been my que to leave but we stayed anyways so my wife ordered a slushy drink which came out as crushed ice and juice addedthen my wife food came out first with half cooked bacon and freezer burnt fries and I had to wait because the waitress told me that she couldn’t bring out my food because she didn’t feel right serving me what the cook had prepared so while waiting the people sitting next to us also had issues with there order so finally I received my order and my bacon was also half cooked and dried out fries…. I can go on and but I will not ever be returning there and suggest you don’t either

We stopped in for a late-night meal after a concert (shame that there are no traditional Diners open late anymore). It was probably around 11:30pm when our party of 7 arrived, and getting seated seemed like an ordeal. The restaurant was largely empty, but getting someone to seat you was awkward as the original person who walked us into the dining room mumbled something and walked off into the back room. A bit later a different person came out and seated. Thus the tone was set for the night: the second person was attentive and the other was nonchalant. Thankfully our food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. So we ended on a happy note.

So I would warn anyone to honestly look for another TGIFridays except this one. The bartender was nice enough to recommend that i not place a food order based on the fact that the kitchen would not have my order prepared for an hour. Unfortunately this particular TGIFridays does not have reputable management. If your looking for a quick drink I would suggest a beer as opposed to an actual drink. May I suggest Langhorne instead.

I would like to commend IVY!!!On Saturday 9/23/2023, a very rainy afternoon, my family and I came to Friday's.This young lady was doing about seven different jobs at once. Granted, it wasn't all that busy, but she was the greeter/host, server for the entire restaurant (covering the floor of the entire restaurant), and I also have reason to believe she assisted with the cooking, though she did not state. And yet she never once complained or showed signs of being unprofessional, overwhelmed, or even tired...a true professional! An incredible represenation of the business!I actually did not see another employee besides the bartender...just Ivy!Whatever Ivy gets paid...it sure ain't enough if she has to work like that every day.She deserves a raise, a promotion, a bonus, gift cards, a paid vacation etc. etc. etc.!This tiny dynamo did her job, actually, several peoples' jobs, all while delivering EXCELLENT service. She was extremely knowledgeable of the entire menu. There was not enough tip money we could've given her after watching her SINGLEHANDEDLY carry the entire restaurant BY HERSELF.It made me sad that a person had to do that, but, again, she showed her competency. She probably never even got a lunchbreak that day!In short, if you come here, I certainly hope you are able to be served by Ivy.I hope her supervisors know how incredibly lucky they are to have her there!!!

The food was good, but a little on the pricey side. I spent about $130 altogether for me and my wife which included our meals, appetizer, a beer, and 1 cocktail. That night it was no hostess so we ate at the bar. The bartender was amazing. She did the job of 4 people literally. She definitely deserved a raise.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces in the free parking lot.

This location (Rt 22 Springfield) has spiraled downhill over the years (I.e. appearance, customer service and food quality) and needs a makeover ASAP! I’ve been here twice within 2 weeks (dine in and pick up) and no one was at the door to greet the customers waiting to be seated. If there is management representation present, you’re unable to decipher leadership from staff. The employees attend to themselves instead of servicing the customers and are not friendly when they do decide to speak to you.Their conversations are loud, using profanity and derogatory language which is offensive. The food is poor; temperature is lukewarm or cold, overcooked, appears old and is tasteless. I ordered garlic butter broccoli and they sent me overcooked, bland broccoli. I also ordered onion rings and only received 5 small pieces. BBQ is advertised with the onion rings and this was also missing. This is the last time I’ll patronize this location unless professional changes are made. I refuse to recommend this location to anyone under these circumstances.

UNPROFESSIONAL DONT GO THERE bartender was rude and very short, argumentative after she made a drink that wasn’t even on the menu and didn’t order . The manager gave her swipe key instead of showing empathy And continued to eat her lunch .

Very welcoming atmosphere, and the service was top notch. We went as a group of 11, and for the most part the food was good. Unfortunately I ordered a side of broccoli slaw and that was definitely the worst "food" I have ever tasted. The look didn't help much either. It looked like a purple green brown sludge that belongs on another planet. It didn't ruin my overall experience but that broccoli slaw was downright putrid!Vegetarian options: Do not do not do not order the broccoli slaw as a vegetarian option. It was disgusting and horrifying, to say the least. It has to be....should be the worst item on the menu. It looks like roadkill and TGI Fridays should remove it immediately.

What happened to T.G.I. Friday's? Ordered take out from this location and it was awful. Unbelievably overpriced for an order of pasta, boneless wings, and mozzarella sticks. $60+ for prison level food quality. We ordered on a slow Monday night, and they still messed up our order. Missing items... no marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks and no blue cheese for the boneless wings. Everything was as bland as kindergarten cafeteria food. Friday's needs to step up their game. I don't think we'll ever be ordering from here again. You have been warned.

I called TGIF Sunday night. A male employee with a Latino accent answered the phone. I had a question about one of the Family Menu items. I was just about to place my order over the phone, when the male employee hung up on me. When I called back about 5 minutes later the phone just rang and rang. I then called the West Orange location, ask the same question that I had for the Springfield location. My question was answered so I placed my order on line.
